This is the best lard I’ve used. Clean taste, no off smell, and very smooth texture. It melts evenly and works perfectly for cooking, baking, and frying. You can really tell it’s high-quality, non-hydrogenated, pasture-raised lard. Will definitely buy again.

Second time ordering. I got two this time. No strange or different taste. I hear lard is healthier than butter. No refrigeration needed but I do keep in refrigerator some. Makes good biscuits. Very pleased.
