Crimp tool BT+RJ11

It's difficult to find a crimper for BT plugs, and I only had one to do, so I had to think hard about spending this sort of money for a one-off job. The thing is, if I ever need it again, I know it will make the job easy.This worked like a dream and crimped my BT plug perfectly. Having read reviews of other very cheap and dirty solutions available from well-known DIY stores involving bits of die-cast metal that you try to crimp with your own pliers and the mess they made with uncertain contacts and pressure, I decided to buy this tool and I'm glad I did. It made what could have been a very frustrating afternoon of wire fiddling and failed connections go right first time, just the way I like it.One star off for slightly high price and the sheath stripper which is a bit crap.

Purchased this crimp tool for various telecom work around the house and for my job. This is a solid and accurate crimp tool for BT style telephone plugs unlike some other similar products that were made out of a type of plastic and only lasted after a couple of crimps. Although slightly more expensive than cheaper brands on the market, I would recommend these more for robustness and accuracy and will still be in your tool kit for many years to come. Very happy with this purchase.
