Great quality for its price

Amazing and easy to use
The water thingy holder doesn’t sit in properly but it works and steams so well! Easy to use and also steam doesn’t come out hot it is bearable

UPDATED: Stopped working after 3 months
UPDATED The vendor reached out to me and offered me a full refund from the product. Very good customer service. But I still would not recommend purchasing the product ORIGINAL POST: Do not buy this. I have had it 3 months and it stopped working. I have used it probably 5 times and followed the exact instructions to care for the product. Tried to use it today, it heats up, but doesn’t emit steam. It is past the return window so I am out of luck.

I had seen reviews and purchased it . I have so far used it about 7 times and I find it effective and a small quantity of reverse osmosis water goes a long way. You don't have to wait too long for the steam to start and the steamer size is compact - it fits easily on your counter top in the bathroom. I have it in my bathroom so that I can easily steam and use face packs. Overall a good purchase and recommend it highly.

Works for about 14 or mins with full tank.

User it a handful of times then it started spitting out hot water, almost burning. Contacted the supplier since it was past my return window.no luck with messaging. Would not recommend or buy again
