I am very picky when it comes to choosing vitamins for my family and I. Unfortunately, most people don’t know that consuming above recommended daily doses of certain multi-vitamines can be more harmful than good, and most over the counter vitamins contain 100%, 200% or more of the amount needed for the body to function well (found in the nutritional value table in the back of the label). I love Frunutta because I can chose what vitamins to give my family and how much of each. My favorites are iron 5mg, I give my kids as they are not quite fan of red meat, and biotin, which has helped me to grow strong nails - like I never had before - and hair - more than needed after two pregnancies. I also love the taste and that they easily dissolve on the mouth. My kids love them as well.

My six year old's neurologist suggested that her trouble staying asleep could be caused by her iron deficiency and prescribed liquid iron which was pretty affordable but tasted and smelled awful even in juice. It was so bad that she would gag herself, sometimes even throwing up. The doctor recommended another liquid that would taste better but it was NOT affordable. I decided to give these a try instead. This little bottle lasted three months, my daughter takes them with no problems and even better, she has been sleeping great!

Very small tablet, it comes in a bottle with a huge diameter lid. Unfortunately the pills needs to be manage carefully or you could grind it up to a powder on your way out. Dissolved almost immediately (No spit them out). It has a strong sweet flavor, and classic stevia aftertaste. Well tolerated by my picky eaters with sensory processing disorder. So far no side effects such as constipation, or stomach pain. Each tablet has 5 mg iron, it makes it easier to dose for kids different age, NEVER CUT THE pill . Reasonable price. Amazon ( non prime) shipped and we received our product on the estimated delivery time.

I looked long & hard for a low-dose iron product for myself -- something that would be acceptable as a vegetarian. I tried several. This one is just great. The tablets are small and taste just fine. The product is reasonable priced and easy to purchase via Amazon. Highly recommended.

Leaves a nasty taste for kids. I myself brought them for me due to having the sleeve. You have to take so many to equal up to 60mgs due to them being only 5.

I prefer taking a very low dose of iron daily as an adult woman, and this is the best iron supplement I have found yet! The flavor is easily palatable, it doesn't have any peculiar metallic or overtly fruity flavor to it, and it is an ideal low dosage.

The product itself is a great idea, and my kids do not mind the taste. BUT, with all of the tablets that were crumbled in the bottle prior to getting to me, I am left with far less than 100 tablets, and a bottle full of powder. I have used other little dissolveable tablets in the past (Highland brand) when my kids were babies, and never had this issue.

I bought these for myself because 25 mg was too much for me (resulted in gray tooth stains), but I needed a bit of iron supplementation. I take 2 at a time (10 mg total). These are so small they dissolve almost instantly!! The flavor is pleasant, but it almost doesn't matter because they dissolve so quickly!
