My old kitty loves this in winter. The only problem was removing the heat pad for washing, it was sown in, so I had to cut the fabric to remove it. It really needed a zip or velcro. Otherwise it works well.

i bought this product 6 months ago and the heat pad has now burnt out burnt wright through the bottom of the bed and burnt my carpet this product i think is a bit dangerous not worth the money

Extremely disappointed! This item should not be sold in the UK. The electrical connection is not compatible therefore is unsafe.

Our cats were immediately drawn to this new bed, unlike others we'd purchased. They especially love the heat option now that we are in the Winter season. Great product!!

Schönes kuscheliges Bettchen. Aber Achtung! Die Heizung ist nicht für das deutsche Stromnetz ausgelegt! Wir hätten uns einen deutlicheren Hinweis darauf gewünscht. Nur Steckeradapter geht nicht, das wäre gefährlich.

I rarely leave reviews on Amazon, but I had to for this item. My 12 y.o cat, who wasn’t using his other bed anymore hasn’t left this new one for the last month. From the moment I put him on it he adopted it. He absolutely loves it, and looks so comfy in it. The fact the sides are soft too means he can sleep in it in any position he wants (he doesn’t have to always curl up). Great purchase.
