Brush stiffer then before and can hurt your gums, the other end seems thicker too
Have been buying these tooth picks for 7 years or more and I love them. However the last delivery I received is much stiffer and tougher on your gums than the ones I used to get supplied. It can hurt now when pushing the brush end through your teeth. The other end seems slightly thicker too. Have they changed supplier? Would prefer them to go back to the old one if they have!

I ordered 2 x 6 pack which is equal12 individual packs. The invoice is correct but the quantity arrived only 10 individual packs. The picking list inside the box also put QTY: 10. How does it work out? Im happy with the product, delivery and everything but only the incorrect quantity delivered.
