This is AMAZING! My Dad was admitted into the ICU few months ago for bleeding. He had 4 blood transfusions and iron infusions. It was awful! His labs have come back since then with his iron pretty low. His PCP had him taking iron tabs 65mg 3x day. This was making him constipated and hurting his stomach. I finally said enough is enough. I read an article about Ferrosom and decided to give this a try instead of the harsh iron pills the doctor wanted him to take. I have been giving him 3 a day. 2 in the morning and 1 at night. He felt just fine taking these, no aftertaste, constipation or upset stomach, I think it might be because of the Liposomal technology. We had his blood work done yesterday. His Doctor told him this morning that his iron looks great. We are just going to eat foods that are high in iron and one Ferrosom a day! I appreciate this product.

I tried Ferrosom I found it very gentle on the stomach .This product is superior compared to other forms of Iron I have used before , I only have to take it once a day as my doctor recommended and it surpassed in benefit the other forms of Irons that I had to take 3 times a day . I wasn't aware that iron supplements can cause such an extreme reaction. I was super dizzy and out of it. I also was getting headaches. I was so concerned when I was working - could not focus or function. I had an awareness that iron supplements can cause upset stomach - it wasn't until I looked up side effects that it most definitely can cause those exact symptoms. Hats off to whoever can tolerate it.

My research indicated that Liposomal Iron is absorbed faster (more from one dose) so less stress on digestive system (Lower intestine) and faster recovery in Ferritin and Serum iron. It doesn’t cause constipation

Have had so many iron supplements, from ferrous sulfate to gluconate to even polysaccharide iron,they all had the same side effects, until I tried ferrosom, it has boosted my hemoglobin quicker than other forms with only once a day dosage, and No side effects. Great product

I purchased this product only to discover it is a powder in a capsule - not liquid as expected. Liposomal medicines are by necessity, and by default, liquid. Liposomal medicines are also much more expensive to make than powdered supplements. So I don't know what is going here, but with many years of experience I have never seen a liposomal medicine in powdered form, so I am left thinking that this is a scam. I have contacted the manufacturer for an explanation but they have not replied.
