This is probably the best dried pasta I have tried. It has a wonderful tooth and the chili adds a lovely spiciness with just a touch of heat. Absolutely perfect with seafood.

Amazon shipped this expensive dried pasta in a plastic bag- I got 1” pieces of broken fettuccine, how stupid. The problem isn’t the product, it’s the shipping.

If you're looking for a bright lemon zing, you won't find it here. However, this does not diminish the quality of the pasta. The pepper flavor stands out the most, and the lemon is SUBTLE at best, but it's enough to give it more flavor than your every day boxed pasta. The texture is perfect, just enough of an 'al dente' bite even when you cook it longer (I like a more tender pasta). Would make a great scampi, or plain with butter or olive oil and some parsley. I recommend this, for sure, just don't be expecting heavy lemon flavor.

A friend recently purchased a package of Pastificio Morelli Pasta Italia, as part of a gift to us. We cooked the pasta al dente (the best way to enjoy pasta), and the texture & flavors were the BEST that we've ever had! It was like eating home made pasta in an Italian kitchen in Chianti! My husband & I wanted to enjoy this pasta again, so I searched for it on line & found it on Amazon, were we ordered a 2 pack. This is the ONLY pasta that we will ever eat again! Thank you Pastificio Morelli for making such an outstanding product!

I like to sauté onions, garlic , mushrooms,bell peppers and tomatoes in olive oil then I pour some white wine in simmer with lid . I do add crushed red peppers and salt a wonder cheese blend. Serve over this pasta.
