These are durable and don’t pill up/get sticky/dirty like some rubber workout bands I’ve used. Good variation in stretch.

Update: The manufacturer replaced the order and the products appear to be in good shape. Too soon tell on longevity but I give them high marks for taking care of their customer.I had got the pack of 5 Sunpow bands about 3 years ago and was very pleased. A couple of them were getting worn, which I felt was to be expected so I bought the 3 pack (Blue, Orange, Red) to replace the worn ones. When they arrived I could tell they did not feel the same of the original ones. Much stiffer and less stretch in them. After about 6 weeks, the Red band broke in two during an exercise. I was not hurt, but obviously the quality has changed significantly from the original ones I ordered. Very disappointing.

Good quality bands. The lighter ones will snap if you stretch them too far but it takes a lot to do that. I use them in every workout and would definitely buy again. The only downside is that you can only purchase a full set which is too much when you only need to replace one band or if you cannot use the heavier 2 bands.

Rubber smell, ever so slight. Other than that, very versatile bands with different thicknesses according to their strength. Stretchability also has to do with the strength of the bands. I love these for warming up, boosting my workout difficulty, or just helping assist with one movement pattern or another. Extremely portable as well. People at the gym often ask to borrow my set because they see how effective it is. I'd definitely recommend investing in these, they could end up lasting you a while and even giving you a good home workout if the gym isn't an option.

I like the four bands, length was just a little awkward but easy enough to adjust to. The bands were not very wide and when stretching around your back are uncomfortable on your back. Also not the easiest to grip because of the same narrowness.Update: I have been using the widest band which is also the one with the most resistance exclusively. I have developed routines that provide a very good strengthening workout. The issue of the thin bands goes away. You need all four to see what suits you and then develop workouts that fit you.
