iSimple ISGM751 Full Integration Bluetooth with HF Calling for Select GM, White/Black

So I have been using for about a week now. Works seemlessly. Just like having a factory bluetooth radio. All steering wheel controls work as well. Highly recommend. Easy to install with several YouTube videos If needed.Update: I have now being using a month and I am so happy. Sound quality is amazing for my 08 Acadia and all steering controls work great. I have had no issues on call quality either. My husband says he can hear me clearly. I can hear him also. Up until today it always connects automatically so all I have to do is start Spotify. Today it didn't connect and that's a first after daily use for a month but a call to customer service and it was working great. He gave me alot of info for working the settings which I had found confusing until he explained them. So far I am one happy customer and thanks to Layman (guy at customer service for company) for helping me. Overall I would say this is an excellent option for a car with no Bluetooth. Sound quality and ease of use and easy and helpful customer service. 👍👍

This was easy to install - says my husband ... connecting was a 2 person job. WORKED GREAT! Now have an iPhone 11 and the iSimple Car Connect and my phone will not CONNECT. My iPhone 11 just spins "devices" the car screen says NOT CONFIGURED ... Info set up says once CONGIG we won't have to do that again. My phone isn't finding anything? HELP!!! PLZ!!!

I've had this installed for 2 months now. Extremely satisfied with the performance of it in my 2013 Cadillac Escalade ESV.Install 3/5:Installation took about 30-45 minutes from start to finish. The included instructions were pretty vague but You Tube helped out a lot with disassembling the dash and where connectors are. A good set of panel removers is a good idea so you don't destroy your dash. Removing everything was the easy part, getting everything back together was where the issues arise. The connectors supplied with this kit are electrical taped together (not the best option) and they stick out of the back of the radio rather than bend 90 degrees like the stock connectors. If you have really small hands and can bend the wires as you're shoving the radio back in, you might be fine. For me, I had to shove as much of the wiring as possible into a small 3" x 5" hold in the dash support and hope that the remaining wire followed it in and didn't slice it. After a lot of patience, multiple cuts on my hands, and some curse words the radio went tightly back where it came from. I mounted the iSimple unit just above the HVAC controls to a metal dash support using 11 inch zip ties.Connecting 4/5:My Galaxy Note 8 connects every single time I start the vehicle. I use a bluetooth app on my phone to automatically open Spotify and start playing. I would say 90% of the time this works as intended. I've noticed that if I was watching something on You Tube the radio screen will list that information as if I'm trying to play that. Most likely this is my phone's fault and I don't deduct any stars from the iSimple unit for that.I do deduct one star for reconnecting. If I get out of the car and go outside of bluetooth range while the car is still running. The iSimple WILL NOT reconnect to my phone unless I turn the car off, open the door to kill the electronics, and start the car again. Super annoying if you're leaving your wife in the car while you run into the store or something like that.Music Quality 5/5:Better than XM/Sirius. The quality of the sound is on par with factory bluetooth set ups. I have no complaints about sound quality whatsoever.Microphone quality N/A:I did not connect the included microphone. My Note 8 has the option to pair to 2 separate bluetooth sources so I dictate that the iSimple is used for music streaming only and the vehicles built in bluetooth is used for calls. Works flawlessly. Music pauses when I answer on the Cadillac system and resumes when I hang up. Helped me avoid running a long microphone cord to my rear-view mirror.Ease of use 5/5:For my application I can think of no negatives. There would definitely be negatives if you intend to continue using satellite radio as you would need to enter the menu to switch sources since this devise connects through and shares functionality with the XM presets. This is tedious to say the least and would distract you from the road ahead. If, however, you intend to listen to terrestrial radio, phone bluetooth, and avoid satellite all together, the iSimple is simply amazing. I get in the car, my phone connect to the iSimple, bluetooth launcher automatically opens spotify and starts playback, I put the car in gear and drive away. Excellent.Overall 5/5:With all the negatives listed above, why am I giving a 5 star review? This device may be a pain to install and tedious to set up, but once you're up and running it's simply the best option there is for adding bluetooth audio streaming to a vehicle that didn't have it as an option. I looked into a LOT of different options and most of them were outrageously expensive. Why GM decided that Bluetooth streaming wasn't a suitable option until 10 years after their competitors offered it as standard is beyond me. This fit the bill, fixed GM's mistake, and I couldn't be happier.

Installed this in a 2007 Escalade with factory stereo/gps. It's nice having Bluetooth but every time you shut the car off you have to cycle through to get back to satellite/ Bluetooth or whatever connection you want to use. Same thing when you get a call....I ever bought a new LG cell phone tho king my phone may be the problem, it wasn't. I also have issue with it "locking up". You can't do anything with it. So you have to turn the vehicle off and back on and try again.....it was easy installation and may work better on a newer vehicle but it just doesn't work for me.

This is downright the best solution to bluetoothing a older Chevy 2013 Silverado. It's plug and play and once you tune the radio to the xm input it will stay on that input after you shut the vehical off and back on. It also reconnects to your phone. If you want a clean look and sound, and no wires, no fm tuning and USB BS this is what you want.

This product was very easy to install, which I really liked. The hardest part was finding a place to mount it. The connectivity is very good. The problem with it is the microphone is not very good. The sound quality could be much better. Overall a very good value for the money, I'd just recommend finding a good quality microphone to use.

Overall, I am very impressed with this item and its capabilities. Install was easy. Pairing is a bit tricky, but not too bad. All 4 connectors must audibly “snap” when installing. If this is not done, it will not work properly

The installation was easy and it works as it says it would, but ... the sound quality is poor. All features work, the unit turns on and connects my phone properly. The deal breaker for me is the phone call sound quality. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE I talked to on my phone, complained how hard it is to hear me. Some people would hang up and call back thinking they had a bad connection. It rendered the unit useless. I returned it.

Es excelente solo desmontar el radio y colocar, me ahorro mucho dinero porque iba a comprar el radio con navegador pero así, ya estoy conectado a mi celular para música y teléfono. El navegador lo uso directamente con el teléfono.
