Love the variety of nuts and seeds in this mix which is really delicious over a vegetable salad of any kind. We've even been known to add it to soup! It is yummy and very nutritious. Fresh.

These are a staple in our home. We eat a lot of salad and these are a healthy, tasty addition. We also sprinkle them on in our chicken salad, tuna, pb&J sandwichesl So good!

I love this particular product & brand . It's guaranteed freshness . I mix this with my cereal & it adds up to the taste & very nutritious. And of course , I mix it with my garden salad & best for snacking too . Pumpkin & sunflower seeds with dried cranberries are excellent to lower blood sugar & other health benefits .

Great product, wish there were more mix choices. Like cranberries instead of strawberries.
