If you are working out with the battle rope, what are you using to anchor it down? I tried using a 25 lb kettlebell & the rope is ragdolling it.
Is the whole rope 30 feet or when there is a "U" shape, it is 30 feet on each side, or is it 15 feet when in a "U" shape?
Would a longer rope provide a tougher workout?
