OtterboxSYMMETRY SERIES Case for iPhone Xr - Retail Packaging - TONIC VIOLET (WINTER BLOOM/LAVENDER MIST)

Love this brand, very reliable

I had originally purchased the OtterBox Symmetry Clear Series Case for my daughters iPhone 6 in June 2017. Her phone has been dropped, skid across the pavement and bounced but the case has always protected her phone. She has also had a screen protector on her camera since day one and paired together with the case makes this a great combo.I just purchased her a new iPhone XR and immediately purchased this case knowing her phone should be well protected. There are no issues getting the case on the iPhone with a screen protector.I would purchase this product again and recommend it to a friend.

I had read a few reviews after purchasing this product and was immediately regretting my decision but thought I would make my own opinions when the product arrived. The product for me fits on my XR perfectly. It has been over a week since I received my case and I love it. It is strong and quite durable. I am happy with my purchase. I do feel that in order to make a sound decision for yourself, you will need to test out the product for yourself.

I got this case because I loved it, I ordered a white iPhone to go with the case. When my new iPhone and new case arrived I tried the new case on the white phone and it looks like it had a yellow tint. So I returned the white phone in exchange for the black iPhone. I just tried the “clear” stardust case on my black iPhone and it has a yellow tint as well. So overall it is not a good looking clear case, it has a yellow tint no matter what colour phone you have. Unless they sent me a gold stardust case by mistake who knows

I have had the cover for a couple of days and there are already scratches on the back. The fit is a little snug. The side button felt compressed when I used it so I removed the little piece that was covering it and it was better. Overall the case is still going to protect your phone but I think there are better covers out there and honestly I don’t think it’s worth the money. I loved the Otterbox cover I had for my iPhone 7 but this one doesn’t feel the same.

Well I'm hoping this Otterbox case stands up as well for my new phone as the previous cases did for my phones. I used to have the Commuter series case and my phone survived many a fall - thank you Otterbox! This one is still fairly new so hard to tell how it will stand up over time but seems sturdy.I was just sad that the yellow color is a lot duller than it looked in the picture. I was hoping for something super cheery and this is so dull its almost more of a putty color. The back is brighter, but what you see, close to the face of the phone which is what you see when using your phone is an almost beige-yellow. Disappointed. Should have gone with the purple I guess or blue.
