7 mile long run - and this helped push me to 7.20 miles EASY!- currently training for a marathon.- had my normal dinner the night before; and breakfast the morning of my 7 mi. Run.Usually I’m WHOOPED by 5 miles because I wasn’t fueling ( couldn’t find a good source).Tried 1 pack of Honey Stinger on my run and it pushed me beyond my goal - E.A.S.YGel pack + water will help you so much!I took my time consuming the pack.- Small portions while maintaining a steady breathing pattern - until I finished the pack.Sipped water shortly after and finished EASY!Had so much energy I meditated for 20 minutes, showered, mopped the floor, massage gunned my legs, and THEN had breakfast!Awesome run shall I say!

Excellent source of energy and tastes really good. I used it during a race in Baker California during high winds at a 4 mile sprint. Usually these high intensity runs make it nearly impossible to eat anything. But I was able to get the honey down without choking. I won’t run without them now.

I like the flavor.Its is easy to peel while running so its easy to use. Definitely helped me keep going during my run. The ingredients didn't upset my stomach.But, some of the packets leaked so I'm out of 4 packets from the 12 that came in the box. I'm a bit disappointed.

My first time to participate in half marathon and my first time to take energy gel. I am a 47 year old male and finished in 2:16:16 with 10.30-10.40 mins./mile pace. I took one pack 5 minutes before my run and took another one half way. I NEVER WALKED! I usually walk when I get really tired but surprisingly I did not walk or slowed down. In fact, half way I increased my pace to 10.00-10.10 mins./mile. I was really surprised and proud with my performance!I was initially looking at the GU brand but it was all out of stock. I DID NOT REGRET at all purchasing Honey Stinger. Will purchase again on the next opportunity and will highly recommend!
