Liked the Fan. Quite silent a key criterion for me has good air throw as well. Alexa is a big plus but can only be used to control the fan and not the LED. This should be updated by Orient and the skill should be added. The cons according to me: 1. The canopy cover leaves a small part of the inner shell open which is not aesthetically pleasing in what is an overall gorgeous fan. 2. Motor makes a slight noise when turning on don’t know if it is a defect but is sure a minor irritation. 3. As mentioned earlier LED light control is only through app or remote and not through voice. With respect to longevity, time will tell and I will certainly update.

I got second time the correct product and my review here : 1-Fan is designed beautifully, finishing is good 2- assembly is not easy for every electrician however user guide available which can be used and electrician can install this 3-Light in FAN comes with yellow colour , it’s not just white 4-Wifi configure is tricky but manageable 5- Alexa testing with echo dot is easy but with phone is not effective 6-orient app works beautifully and you can do all function smoothly 7- remote also works and made with good quality 8- rates can be less than 7 K Overall except rate , this is very good product .

Good Fan in BLDC segment. Air cutting sound is very less . In low speed 👌 Breeze In high speed - sound- normal. Light ambiance - super. Look also , a classic one Remote operation excellent Through mobile app , functions are excellent Drawbacks: In low speed sometimes a small humming sound observed. A simple fan is available in market for 2000₹. When you spend more than 10000₹ on a fan what do you expect? Lets see what do you get in this fan Lets talk about features: 1. Aero slim as the name suggests: 1 star, its not at all slim, its a very bulky fan with very thick blades and a very big central cylinder so 1 star for that 2. Inbulit light: 2 stars for that because its a plain yellow light in which nothing appears clear and 8n ita original color, no color change, no bulb replacement option available so 2 stars is enough for that 3. Smart fan features: are kya ghanta smart fan, it dosent even have app available in the google playstore for the latest andoird version or even for a earlier version. You have to install it from third party site which always risks of installing a virus in your phone without your knowledge nd then comes credit card banking related scams etc. Trust me you dont want to go that route so forget smart features. Done ever install any app from such sources, have suffered from such scams thats why I'm telling the same from experience. -5 stars for that company should stop advertising about that because without app there is no network connectivity and without network connectivity no smart features 4. Remote features: -1 star for remote. very basic remote is provided, same quality of remote is delivered in a fan worth 4k-5k in aeroslim then why spent 10000 bucks for this piece of garbage. 5 BLDC motor: Again -5 stars. BLDC fans are available in 3-5 k, why spent 10k for that when nothing else works 6. Quality of product provided: As the name suggests its supposed to be a quiet fan. The jokes on you if you purchase it seeing that. Ever since it was installed at our house its continously making squeaky sounds, so forget peaceful silent nights for sleeping. NOW COMES THE MOST IMPORTANT 7. SERVICE SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE SPENT 10000₹ WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF ALL THESE ISSUES WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO ABOUT IT YOU CAN ONLY RAISE A SERVICE CENTRE COMPLAINT I DID THE SAME MY FIRST COMPLAINT WAS RAISED IN A WEEK POST INSTALLATION FOR THAT SQUEAKY NOISE FROM THE FAN THE TECHNICIAN VISITED AND CHECKED SOMETHING, SAID THE PROBLEM IS FIXED AND WONT HAPPEN AGAIN BUT THE VERY NEXT DAY SAME PROBLEM AGAIN WAITED FOR A WEEK FOR IT TO GET FIXED BUT NO LUCK RAISED A COMPLAINT AGAIN ND SINCE THEN IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH TECHNICIAN HAS NOT VISITED THE HOUSE FOR REPAIR. HE DOSENT PICKS THE CALLS AND WHEN I CALLED IN TODAY TO COMPLAINT THE SERVICE CENTRE THEY SIMPLY CANCELLED THE PREVIOUS COMPLAINT WITHOUT ANY ACTION TAKEN IN OVER A MONTH TIME, WRITING ANY COMMENT ON THAT AND SAID WE ARE SORRY FOR THIS EXPERIENCE WE DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG So this was my ultimate experience with this fan in a place like Delhi NCR, baaki chhote cities me kya service denge bhagwan hi malik hai iska PLEASE REFRAIN YOUSLRSELF FROM BUYING THIS COMPLETLY OBSOLETE PRODUCT AND LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS

It's a good looking fan and easy to use with remote. No need for internet. Fan is very quite still spread air throughout my living room. Also, it's an Indian company. Go for it.

Energy efficient, fan speed and air flow is excellent

The fan stops after 8 hours. Quite irritating. Within 4 years the fan is troubling. Getting switched off on its own and immediately restarts. This is happening so many times in a night.

5/5 for the fan, we loved it, less noise, good airflow, supports iot 4/5 for the service, need to do many follow ups for the installation.
