Nice and bright when electric was out!

These are nice little flashlights for what amounts to about $6 each. They are plenty bright and have different intensities of brightness. The spotlight to wide beam variations work well by sliding the lens piece up and down the barrel. They don't have a real high quality feel, but they serve my purpose to have a few close at hand in case of a power outage or whatever. I wouldn't feel comfortable with one of these as my sole source of light for camping or backpacking, but I'm happy with this purchase.

Comparing modoao and hingear lights. Hingear came out brighter, thats why 4 star. Although modoao has SOS features and strobe light, hingear only one setting, also why they got 4 star and not 3. They look almosts the same. Only notable difference between both brands is performance.

I've put these flashlights In both cars, the bedroom, kitchen, the shop to be accessible whenever I need it to find something or if the power goes out. Out it's my go-to flashlight for most all situations. It's small, very bright and has the larger rechargeable battery that lasts a long time and overtime cost less than using AAAs. I love it. Highly recommended.

I had purchased a very similar product on Amazon about a year ago, titled: GearLight LED Tactical Flashlight S1000 [2 PACK] - High Lumen, Zoomable, 5 Modes, Water Resistant, Handheld Light - Best Camping, Outdoor, Emergency, Everyday Flashlights. I thought that these flashlights were the same product, only in a three pack, as they looked identical. When I received them, I noticed some subtle differences, primarily lighter weight (without batteries), and much tinnier feeling. The battery holder compartments seemed a little lighter weight and 'cheaper'. Upon further research, I realized I had purchased the wrong product. My fault! I was very happy with the GearLights and wanted the exact same product. Amazon accepted my return and I reordered the two pack GearLights. I cannot really rate these lights as I never used them, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rated them 5 stars in all categories. Not a very helpful review, I know, but it's the truth.

All of the flashlights function out of the package in all 5 modes, power switch has tactile click. Construction is light weight, Average construction for an import clone as would be expected for a low cost item. LED is noticeably blueish, brightness is fair but not exceptional (running 20650) LED drive base has spring soldered to central pad allowing it to work with flat top Li-ION cells Internal diameter is 23mm, depth of case to LED driver (below spring) is 68mm Using Li Ion battery. flashlight heats up on high mode until battery drops to about 3.2v, My sample dropped a used 3350mA 20650 from full charge to 3V open voltage in about 3hrs on high, brightness was visibly reasonably consistent across the discharge to 3V which was my safe limit for my cell, light did not cut off at 3V. The LED draws 1.55A from a freshly charged Li-Ion cell. Lights come branded pocketman and have a tail loupe for the hand preinstalled Internal surface of reflector is a mat brown material phenolic like in appearance Packaging is very generic: bubble wrap pouch with flashlight in a plain white box grouped inside of a larger brown box all unmarked. No manuals, instructions, or any other paperwork included. 18650 plastic tubes are loose (50mm long), the 3-AAA holder is inside the flashlight body and appears more afterthought in its construction

For the money, you can’t get any better quality lights! The 10 pack allows me to have plenty of lights handy around the house. Has worked flawlessly while camping, around the house at night, and during power outages.

Don't use the AA batteries for this! Use the 18650 along with a good charger that can charge a varieties of AA-style batteries for the best value. When I use the 18650, these flashlights will work for many hours. I'm older so I'm used to the old AA flashlights where you'd have to recharge them often. A decent 18650 will drive this flashlight for much longer. Important to note: A lot of the 18650 producers lie about the total storage capacity. There are none that are 9000MhA. At best, these will be somewhere around 2500-3000. So anything above that in the description is just lying. I purchased some mediocre 18650s and they work great. If you get an actual name brand, these lights will be super bright and rarely need a charge. This is my second purchase. I bought a pair of these and gave one to a friend. Then I ordered this 3 pack. Great value!

There are quite a few of these for sale that look exactly alike. When you get them, you can tell they aren't built the same. These ones by this maker and the ones they make and mark as Pocketman are much better built than the others. They are worth the extra buck or two per unit. Now have bought somewhere around 50 of these. People just love them and I have them spread all over the house and in vehicles. The Lumens rating is WAY optimistic, but outside that, they are a great, handy and cheap flashlight. Batteries last really well. I buy them in the 5 pack as they are quite a bit cheaper that way.
