are these wraped individually

Yes, but....I think they changed or Amazon has allowed all questions to be shown on all the different counts and sizes. Count and sizes matter on whether or not they are individually wrapped. I bought mine in May, June and July of 2018 and they are individually wrapped. Mine are the "Carefree Acti-Fresh Ultra-Thin Panty Liners, Extra Long To Go, Unscented - 93 Count"....these are individually wrapped. The picture on the outside of the package shows a panty liner going into what looks like a purse. Hard to tell if it's a purse or the individual wrapper. If this helps the UPC is 10078300069932. Barcode 078300069935 Extra long size only.

Do these liners contain a plastic foil?

They have a thin plastic backing on the panty side.

Wrapped or not? Some say yes. Confused.

The extra long, 93 count, I received, Sept 2019, were wrapped.

I have an older package of these - but the length opened is 6 inches long. Is that the same size as "regular" - I don't like long ones.

The pad portion is 7 and 5/8 inches long.
