Easy setup stylish and working as expected
I use this purifier for my living room which basically includes my shoes and where my cats litter box is, the kitchen and my TV and computer setup wheee I have a desk for plants, for my gaming, and for my work, so three areas. I also have a TV my cat sleeps on. I’m not an expert in purifiers but I know that this product does a good job at least in purifying the side which my shoes and litter are not on, leaving me free to feel good about being there and not spending too much time in my room now. It’s been such a huge benefit. Now, as the shoes and cat litter are on the side on the kitchen, I actually place on of the purifiers side facing the litter and shoes and feel more comfortable doing more cooking in the kitchen. I notice less smell after cooking, basically pure air the next day. Disclaimer, I do use an air fryer so it greatly limits smell. I bought a Honeywell purifier for my room which is about 100 to 130 SF. The living space is probably a total of 400 SF and I estimate this actually purifies 75-100% of the space. Therefore I must say there is a chance that you get what you pay for in this product, in terms of circulated purified air flow. The quality based on filters is indeed top tier. This purifies more air than a Dyson which hardly has any air it actually takes in and purifies. This is because this purifier in particular has two sides of filters that are bringing in more air than the purifier above which is pushing clean air out. Unfortunately there isn’t necessarily circulation but I assume the upward flow naturally makes its way around the living room. However, it’s quite obvious with the design there is a lot of nice clean air circulating. I feel much more comfortable in my living room and really look forward to blasting this baby to do my gaming in the other corner, and I am looking forward to working at my standing desk every morning as well. I can say that I don’t need to open the door to let clean air at all. I think it’s a great investment at least in terms of design, clean air flow and power, but I am not sure about how much square footage it covers. I would imagine there has to be a premium for the design and higher quality filters, and 4 different levels of power. There is also a very pleasant sound when turning it on and off, and it looks quite modern as well, complementing the space right at the front door, so it cleans the air of the litter, shoes and kitchen.

This unit excellent, but QC issues on second order.
I ordered two of these last spring. The first one was perfect and is serving me well in the room with 4 litter boxes. Whenever I scoop the boxes the machine, really does detect the activity and the extra dust in the air and amps up to a faster speed to clear the dust. Even though it’s in this one room, it has really helped the ground floor of my 2 story home become less dusty. And in most modes it is quiet enough that my cats actually like it and like to lie down in front of it. Strange, but I’m glad they like it. The feature sets are listed so I won’t go into those but everything works well. I don’t use any night mode, though, so I can’t speak to that. I just run it on auto and once in awhile use the ionizing cleaning. Much to my relief, there have been no weird burning plastic odors as reported with some other brands in the 8 or 9 months I’ve been running it. I did get a separate warranty registration in the mail because apparently one was omitted in the shipment sent to me. I found that interesting. I do wish I had registered within the prescribed period of time, but I’d put it aside while I dealt with other things and just let it go. The downside is that the replacement filter looks really expensive at $69. It’s an excellent quality though, and likely lasts longer than cheaper ones. Okay now here is where it gets weird for me. I decided I liked this filter so much that I would order one for our master bedroom, which is pretty large. And the unit arrived. But to my distress, it was put together weird. Seams were crooked and there was a lot of rattling noises inside. It didn’t look like it had been damaged in transit. It just apparently went through a very bad day on the assembly line. I turned it on and it ran. But the rattling noise was disconcerting. Basically it was horribly defective and not usable. And I was going to contact the sellers but then I noticed something odd in that apparently my order was still on its way. I was so confused. My name and address was on the box I had just received but the tracking number was different. And then my mother-in-law fell ill and we had to drop everything to take care of her. Meanwhile, as I’m on the way to take care of her, ANOTHER unit arrived to my house. I checked my Amazon account and only one second order is on record. And this third unit was the one. I have no idea why I was randomly sent a completely busted up unit. But I dragged this third one in and it sat in my foyer for a couple of weeks while I dealt with my family crisis. I would have assumed perhaps the sellers realized they made a mistake sending out a damaged unit and sent a good one, except there is no record with Amazon for that busted up one. Finally, I got a free moment from hospital vigils, so I pulled this third one out and externally it looked okay but internally it had something loose and rattled badly, too. So I set it aside intending to try and get all of this straightened out with the seller. But my mother-in-law got pneumonia and passed away. In dealing with the hospital vigils and her funeral, we didn’t have the time or the energy to deal with this. So all these months I’ve had two broken units in my bedroom. I just said the heck with it and ordered a Dyson for the bedroom during a massive sale. Meanwhile my original is serving us very well in the cat litter box room. I’m way past the time to register for warranties or get warranty service on the defunct units. I will just keep the broken extras for parts for the good one. So, basically it’s 5 stars for the absolutely fantastic working unit. But with a caution to do a quality control check when your air cleaner arrived and register your machines for warranties.

Rolling review, outstanding air purifier so far
As of day four, we have endured a fair amount of the wildfire smoke that afflicts Montana in the late summer, so this unit has been through some paces. I have it set up in the main living area of the house, which is about 15' x 30'. It takes the place of an IQAir Health Pro Plus. So far I am extremely pleased. First, the air intake comes in from both sides and exits through the top, using a spiral angled set of vents that does a very good job of stirring and circulating all the air in the area. I have it on fan speed 2 of 4, and this seems to be handling the smoke problem just fine. At this setting it is substantially quieter than the IQAir was on level 4, and a bit quieter than 3, the lowest level that would still give me halfway decent cleaning. But the air distribution is very well thought out. Units with air vents near the bottom tend to stir up any and all dust on the floor, which sorta negates the benefits unless you live in a surgical theater. The IQAir pulls in from the bottom and pushes out at the top, but straight out to the sides rather than upward and angled outward, so as to stir the whole room. This design seems ideal. My breathing and allergies both seem well controlled at this setting. I do not run the ionizer unit because I don't need it, and there's always the risk of some small ozone production with any such thing, so I don't see the need even to test it out. I understand this part of the device can cause problems in shipping units to California, which has banned ozone-producing air filters. If so, I encourage the company to produce a line without the ionizers. The filters are good enough. My unanswered question is how long the filters will last. According to my experience with both the IQAir and the Oransi EJ120 -- also a really good air purifier -- if I can get 3 months out of a set of filters, it'll be about half the price of the IQAir, and if 2 months, it'll save enough to pay for itself in less than a year. I will update the review as experience with filter longevity accrues. In the meantime, I can recommend this unit wholeheartedly, it's on my extreme short-list for best on the market, and at a substantial cost savings compared to the others on the list.

Have no idea if it works.
I am not sure how to rate this product. I still have dust in the area that I purchased it for and it doesn't really clean the smell. Update: it works well eliminating smell of mold and other household fumes, but not on smoke. I had a smoker living in the house that only smoked outside of the house, but the smell of it was coming in when the door will be opened and closed afterwards. So, I decided to get this air purifier to clean up the air, as I liked the area that it covered. The smell never got cleaned up and it never smelled like smoke, instead it was turning into some type of stale stink. So, the smoker left and I ended up airing out the house for two weeks. Then I decided to test it again and took it to my friends apartment. Non smoking apartment, but the neighbors downstairs smoke in their apartment and the smell sips through every crack into his place. It is impossible to sleep there in the main bedroom as bedroom downstairs used as smoking room. It is tiny room with bathroom and i had this machine running on highest there for a week non stop and it was still impossible to sleep in it, as it didnt clean the air, just circulated it through the room. And the indicator never showed bad air in that room, even though it does work. Now I have it in my house, in the basement where sometimes it has moldy smell and it does great job at cleaning the air. Even though I run it on lowest, or automatic setting. Can't say that i love this purifier, but I am happy that it is doing its job for me in the basement. It's been nearly 4 month since I had it and the filter is still looks brand new. Filter lasted 5 month. Sensor turned red. I turned off the machine and replaced the filter. It ran great for a couple of days. But now, no matter how many times I clen the sensor, it keeps fluctuating from blue to green every couple of minutes. Really annoying. Seems like I need a new sensor. I contacted the company same day with an explanation of my problem, and without any questions got a reply with an instructional video. About 4 days later I received new sensor. Took me less than 5 minutes to change it and now it works like a charm. I did raise a star because of great customer service.

It appears to be working well
This machine is a very nice looking piece of equipment. For its size it is not obtrusive. The glass top covering the control panel is a nice looking feature as well. It makes a soft sound on low and even in the high position it is not “ loud.” No worse than a fan imo. As for air movement it works well. It is actually a terrific fan. The filter is easy to access. My only thought would be to have two hand holds on the machine instead on just one. One hand hold causes the machine to tip when picked up and I can see it slipping from my grip and hitting the ground if I’m not careful. I don’t think it would take a fall well. Also the two releases on the filter cover are thin plastic. They could become an issue as well if your not careful. It is impossible for me to speak to it’s air cleaning properties though without some air quality testing. I live in Northern California and purchased this to help filter harmful air caused by the area fires. I have great windows and doors that seal well. I feel that adding this machine does help with the purification of the air in my home. I never smell smoke and I don’t feel I’ll effects ( soar throat itchy eyes ) like I did before using the machine. I do have Asthma and I think the machine helps and does work. It’s only my opinion based on the lack of previous I’ll effects. I would buy another and my gf ordered one as well. Unfortunately the company is claiming they are far behind in shipping and are not the most forthright in communication. But I do like the product so we’re are waiting to see what happens.

Outstanding Air Purifier – A Must-Have for Clean Air Everywhere!
The Medify Air Purifier has been one of the best investments I’ve made for my health and workspace. It’s not just an air purifier—it’s a total air-quality game-changer! From the moment I set it up, I could feel the difference in the air. It’s cleaner, fresher, and far more pleasant to breathe, no matter what activity I’m doing. One of the standout features for me is how effective it is at handling specific air quality challenges. I run a 3D printer print farm in my workspace, which can produce noticeable fumes and fine particles. This purifier tackles those head-on, eliminating odors and filtering out even the tiniest particles from materials like PLA and ABS. It’s a lifesaver for anyone who uses a 3D printer, but it doesn’t stop there. Whether it’s dust, pet dander, pollen, or even cooking odors, the Medify takes care of it all effortlessly. What truly sets this air purifier apart is its combination of power and quiet operation. Even on higher fan speeds, it’s whisper-quiet—so much so that I can run it while working, having conversations, or even sleeping without it being a distraction. The sleek and modern design is another plus. It blends seamlessly into any room without taking up too much space, and it’s surprisingly easy to move from one area to another if needed. The user-friendly features make it even better. The touch controls are intuitive, the timer function is a thoughtful touch, and the filter replacement indicator removes any guesswork from maintenance. I’ve also found that the filters last longer than I expected, which adds to its overall value. Since I started using the Medify, I’ve noticed a dramatic improvement in how I feel—fewer allergy symptoms, less irritation from airborne particles, and an overall fresher environment. It’s not just an air purifier; it’s a way to create a healthier and more comfortable space, whether it’s a home, office, or workshop. I can’t recommend this air purifier enough. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate—it’s worth every penny. Whether you’re dealing with allergies, odors, or specific challenges like 3D printer fumes, the Medify Air Purifier will exceed your expectations. This is hands-down the best air purifier I’ve ever owned!

Seems to work perfectly
I'm very happy with this purifier. As was mentioned in other comments, I question the purifier's blue light which would indicate excellent quality air. Upon startup, after a minute of operation, the light always reverts to blue. I don't think the air quality had been horrible previously, but I'm not running the purifier because I thought that the air was of excellent quality to begin with. Odors Since we don't have smoke in our home or any visible contaminants, odor is really the only result that I can judge for myself. I do not trust the light in this machine that stays on blue constantly. I was not expecting much of a difference in odor after researching purifiers. I had read that charcoal filters don't help much because in many purifiers the air is not in contact with it long enough to make a difference. It took a couple of days, but the difference in odor is amazing. There was initially a very distinct odor in the air. I can't detect any odor any more. While I have no way of proving that other contaminants in the air have been removed, I really have no reason to question it either. Ionization This is just an extra feature of the unit that I will never use. There is question about how well this technology works and whether it causes more problems than it fixes. I cannot say how well this feature works. The best part about the ionizer is that when the purifier starts, the ionizer does not automatically start and I never have to use it. Filters They're a bit more expensive than some of the other models than I had looked at, but they are a higher level of HEPA that will filter the air better. Given the difference in quality, as long as I'm paying for filters to clean the air, I'll take the better ones. Filters are also very easy to install. Air quality indicator Apart from having to buy an ionization system that I didn't want, this is my only other problem with this machine. While running, it ALWAYS shows excellent air quality. There are only 3 levels of contamination indicated so even if I knew the light was working properly, it's only a broad indication about how bad the air might be. Judging by the only criteria available to me, odor, the purifier has made a big difference in our indoor air quality so I'm just ignoring the light. All in all, I'm very happy with this. While I don't trust the air quality indicator and I'd prefer not to have to buy the ionizer, these issues are not sufficient for me to lower the rating from 5 stars. It filters smaller particles than other purifiers on Amazon, the price is not significantly more for this capacity of purifier, and I am so much happier breathing the odor-free air that this purifier produces. I don't have reason to buy this purifier again (life-time warranty if I sign up within 30 days on their website and continue to change the filters as required by the warranty), but I am considering buying other purifiers from the same manufacturer for other, smaller, rooms of our house.

Great, effective air purifier. Really glad I bought it.
I bought this because I live in southern california & the wildfires have grown far too frequent & intense. It's very effective. Even when the whole neighborhood smells & surrounding areas, this will provide you a little sanctuary, and you'll notice right away when you walk outside that you've been spared in your sequestered space. I'm kind of surprised how much air this thing moves. I live in a decent sized one bedroom apartment. I find if the weather's not warm, I get chilly if I'm in the same room with it. It's really intuitive. I like having it in my kitchen with me because it knows before I do when even something tiny little speck of something catches fire in the oven & is putting out even the tiniest bit of smoke that I can't see or smell. It kicks into high gear & doesn't relent until the air quality is up to its standards. My oven exhaust fan doesn't work, and this air purifier manages to basically do that job, as well. Originally I was moving it into my bedroom with me at night & it was really nice. It really just gives off the perfect white noise. However, I needed to start using a humidifier in my bedroom for a while, and I didn't wanna hurt the purifier, so I keep it out of my bedroom at night for the time being. I wish I could use them simultaneously, but it wouldn't be safe. Pretty easy to move it from place to place although it feels weird to hold it just using the one handle so I always use a hand on the other side too. Haven't bought new filters yet. They are pretty complex with all the layers & probably are expensive, but when you examine it, you can see it's really well constructed. I know there will be more fires & I'm really glad I have this for that, but I also like having it on for just dust & allergens, too. Sometimes just if I move something or step somewhere that doesn't get a lot of traffic, the purifier let's me know that it's much dustier than I can see with my bare eyes. I feel like I have a little protector.

It works! Not just works But actually works great bought another best unit's ever
Please see additional comments on other registered model the MA 14, for which I purchased (on sale ) a 4 pack of filters and than a 2 pack (for one ma 14 unit dual filter . These are great products. Better than the $1200 model I purchased with UV and only true heppa.(not heppa 13)These do what they say and are great. can in needed run so quiet can barley be heard. I change filter on the ma 14 every month as Its in a room with an asthmatic with COPD so want the cleanest air I can get. Other is in the bedroom. Our unit is 4500 SQ feet or less MAX 500 min 400 Office doesn't even know. But for summer I am getting an MA 40 for the main room, than separate the units out more. They are great. So much less dust, and for me no more constant runny nose and medication. Including mold growth on a cup in hiding w/liquid left. This no longer an issue. Thank you Mediry Air. 10/10 All the way. Oh also place one in our bathroom as the fan doesn't work. We don't run it when bathing or showering, just for odor's as I noticed hospitals were doing this for the same reason. WORKS GREAT! Hooked it up to the fan plug, plus just turn it on when doing anything other than showering or hi moisture production. That model was a an MA 15 gift. Love it. Original filter in it still going, but have replacements for a year for all on standby. can't live without. In pour unit the windows do not open. Only the bedroom, but were downtown and the dust, exhaust, pollution and sand is horrific. There's a door to the patio in the living room if we need fresh air and building has "fresh air exchange" So these filters are instrumental in keeping our air fresh and healthy. Keep on coming out with great products. I used the older ma14 filter over the Air conditioner intake and seal it well. Bought a 2 pack just for that. Great fresh air all around because of Medefy.

Perfect for a bedroom
This is a quiet, efficient little filter that made the air noticeably fresher after running for just 1/2hr on medium in a moderate sized room. Sleep mode is virtually silent. Even on Medium, the sound is not intrusive. Purchased one for myself and one for my elderly parents. They are just as thrilled with theirs. Don’t be fooled by the excellent price, or small size. This is a lot of bang for your buck in a tiny package.

Easy to use, light, trustworthy company.. a little loud
Very quick delivery - could get it the same day, so that was what sold me. And the high quality filters, especially for Covid. This is a reputable company too, so little chance of being scammed with false promises. Replacement filters are also easy to order, which isn’t always the case with air purifiers. It’s very light to carry around room to room. Super easy to use, plug it in and there are 3 buttons - power, turn the lights on/off (nice for at night) and speed. Doesn’t have a display to know the current air quality, so it’s hard to tell if it’s making a difference, but, again, it’s a reputable company, so I assume it is. It’s pretty loud on max speed. I measured the decibels right beside it with my iPhone - sleep mode is really quiet at 40 decibels, and each setting goes up about 10 decibels, so setting 3, which is max, is about 70 decibels, which Google says is comparable to a hair dryer. Unless we have active pollutants we want taken care of, we generally keep it on 2 during the day and it’s fine. Overall I’m happy with it and would recommend it, especially how light and easy it is to move from room to room. Only gave it 4 stars because full speed is loud and there is no air quality display.

Great for my private voice studio!
It's quiet, stylish, affordable, and so far, has lived up to its claim of removing 99.9% of harmful toxins including allergens, odors, and more down to 0.1 microns in size. Also love the lifetime warranty.
