Are the sides straight of slanted out?

They are slightly slanted out. Pan interior is 8 inches. Pan exterior width across is 8.5 inches. These 2 pans sitting/touching side by side are 17 inches across. So if your toaster/convection oven is 16 inches across , these 2 pans won’t fit side by side.

Are these 8x8 inches inside or bigger with handles?

This manufacturer uses the standard that measurements are the interior, so eight by eight plus handles. Most pans are sold as standard. Wonderful, easy to clean pans, love them.

Is it ceramic or Teflon coated cookware?

Our non-stick coating is made up of silicone. None of our bakeware has Teflon in it, as that is a brand name
