Works for me
I have chronic insomnia 2-3 times a week & really wanted to get off the Lunesta. I take melatonin which has worked to some extent but wanted to see if this would add an additional level of help. I am a nurse-practitioner so I read all the science saying there are no studies showing this is efficacious. I decided to try it anyway as it didn't seem to have any risk factors. All I can say is, it has helped me. Is it a placebo effect? Maybe. I don't care. It works for me.

Not as strong as I thought. Often one doze not enough.

Natural sleep aid
I went to sleep easily. When I woke up I didn't feel drowsy. I would take this product over the prescription sleep aids because it isn't habit forming and a natural product.
