First let me say that I wanted to like this product. The quality of the materials, and the finish work, make for a very nice looking phone holster. But, the devil is always in the details. The item description says that the case will work for an 11 Pro Max with a thin case. I purchased a Spigen Ultra Hybrid case for my 11 Pro Max, one of the best thin cases available.The initial fit was quite snug. But, as I am generally an optimist, I thought that I would allow for a "break-in" period to see if it would loosen up.The tight fit, and resulting difficulty in removing the phone from the holster, revealed another design issue. There is a large nylon belt clip on the back of the holster. Because the clip is quite smooth, it offers very little resistance to being pushed up and off your belt when you are trying to push your phone up and out of the holster. When worn on an equipment web belt it also has a tendency to ride up and off your belt when seated in a vehicle. Putting the belt through the loops on the back of the holster would solve this issue, but it would make moving the holster inconvenient as you change your clothing.So, back to the original fit issue...After 3+ weeks of steady use there has been no noticeable loosening of the tight fit on the holster. The difficultly in getting the phone out of the holster quickly has actually cost me money. I work as a Lyft driver, and on 3 occasions I missed a ride request because I was unable to get the phone out of the holster in time.After 3 weeks I have finally decided to return the holster for a refund.It is quite possible that the tight fit between the phone w/case and the holster is simply a manufacturing tolerance issue. You may also find that the belt clip/loop design works well for your particular use. Just be aware that combining this holster with an 11 Pro Max + thin case may not be a good choice.

My husband just got the got the New Samsung Galaxy S8 cell phone and needed a case to attach to his belt for the phone. He put me in charge to find the right one for him. He likes to wear his phone on his belt so it is easy accessible and won't get lost while doing all his daily tasks. When I saw this, I knew it would fit the bill as it has both a belt clip and two loops for his belt to go through for extra security. Arrived in perfect condition, his new phone fit just right and the magnetic flap stays closed (not like an old case from an old phone did). Anyone who just got the Samsung Galaxy S8 and needs a good secure convenient way to carry your phone ...... you will be very happy with this leather pouch.....my husband is!!

Unfortunately it does not have a section to use a charging wire and you have to maneuver it in and out constantly.But over all is made well. Good purchase if you are willing to take your phone in and out constantly.

I love this holster. Light weight, magnetic closure and pretty could belt clip. I can't have my ringer on during the day, with the holster I can feel vibration without disturbing my co-workers. I also don't accidentally leave it behind. Durability is good. This is my 2nd one in 4 years with constant use.

My XS max fits, but I do think it could be a smaller. I feel like I'm wearing a fanny pack. I've worn a holster like this for years and this is the first one where I find the phone buttons are getting hit. Most often as I'm getting in or out of the car. I have't figured out exactly what is happening but siri starts talking and then responds to whatever sound is going on.

This holster case is well built and the metal belt clip securely holds it. My iPhone 6+ with a beefy cover fits snugly inside. My only complaint is that it can be somewhat difficult to remove the phone, as you have to push up from the bottom using the 2 slots. Maybe without the beefy cover it would be easier, but I need the protection it provides.

Fold over is not fastened to the body but the phone in the plastic protective case fits snugly. The metal clip is too tight for my regular belt but the loops fit with some effort and a bit of cussing. Works wel with thin belts. So far I am satisfied with the holster.

It’s a nice case that the 8 Plus fits into without a problem. Easy to remove phone even with a protective case on. Clips to waistband
