Rust-Oleum Whink 1261 Rust Stain Remover, 6 oz

I hardly ever write reviews unless my mind is truly blown by something, so here I am writing this review. My husband sat on something rusty while wearing white linen pants, and we tried the hydrogen peroxide soak, let it sit in the sun, you name it, we tried it. Good quality linen pants are not cheap to come by, plus he has to have his tailored as he’s shorter and they all seem to run long. Instead of buying and paying to tailor a new pair of linen pants for a trip coming up, we decided to try Whink. This stuff is MAGIC! You could see the stains being lifted in real time as you dab it on each area affected by rust. Just dab, let it sit for a couple minutes, and throw in the wash. Easy! My mind really is blown. This is the go-to!!

Excellent value for the money. I have a 100% cotton chef's coat with rust stains from the snap buttons. I applied the stain remover on dry fabric and the stain literally disappeared within seconds. I washed and dried the coat immediately. No stains in sight. I highly recommend this product.

I never leave reviews but this is one product that I will forever rave about. I have well water and constantly fighting rust stains. This does exactly what it says. Pour a little on rust areas and they disappear. No scrubbing! Absolutely amazing. Bought 2 bottles right away after trying!

We have well water which contains many minerals that leave a residue on porcelain etc. This product works wonders. My son moved a safe and it left a mark on new carpet. He used wink and it removed stain and did not harm carpet. We did test it first on a scrap piece but I recommend wink.

Works great and you get surplus for less than the 10oz bottles lol highly corrosive and not compatible with skin at all cation necessary

This rust remover is the best I have ever bought. It doe the job on my house to remove the sprinkler stains, and it even removed the black stain on my house from smoke from my bbq. I just painted my outdoor fan and it took the rust off every thing. Great value for your money and will buy again.

Works. Good price. Left on for 2 minutes before scrubbing off. Removed the rust stain that was on linoleum tile for years. Not thick, watery.

This product is excellent for rust stains in toilets, which is why we always purchase it. However, this last shipment the bottles leaked. It had even soaked through to the outside of the box, so there's no telling who or what touched it during shipping. And the product review is accurate: there is no scent, so it just appeared to be water everywhere. In the process of opening the box and cleaning everything up, it got on my granite countertop and ate through it, so now there's a permanent corroded spot on my counter. So beware, it's very corrosive. I used to find this locally in stores, but it seems no one is carrying it anymore. I'm going to look harder to locate it in person going forward, because I don't want this shipping experience again. (And yes, I attempted to locate the "Leave Seller Feedback" option to leave this review, but I could not find it anywhere.) 5 stars for the product, when used as directed 1 star for the shipping from Amazon

Great at removing stains that are stubborn to other stain removers

country water, loads of iron. i thought my toilet would need to be replaced. but followed directions- emptied water in the bowl and squirted around the bowl. now it is like new!!!

Absolutely works to get hard water/rust stains out but has a very chemically smell. The spray bottle didn't work so I ended up pouring it out onto stains instead
