Hudson Essentials Stainless Steel Measuring Cups and Spoons Set (15 Piece Set)

Due to some things that came up, it took a bit to get around to playing with this purchase. But now that I have, OH MY GOSH! These are the best set of measuring cups and spoons I have ever handled. They are study, well-built, and sized perfectly. Not too tall, fits in my shallow drawer. Customer service was the best. I requested a custom order for myself and for Christmas gifts, and they exceeded all expectations. I can’t say enough great things about this set or their customer service. It was surreal to have a real-live person be so thoughtful and attentive to my request. And shipping and delivery was super fast. And let’s not forget about the spoons. *swoon* Just as sturdy as the cups. So well made, no sharp edges in terms of feeing like you’re going to get cut. Not a concern at all with sharp edges with either the cups or the spoons. Manufacturing is crisp, sturdy, but not sharp or shoddy. And the cups have all these little thoughtful design elements, like the cups all nest neatly, where the “beak” on the front help to level-stack, eliminate the tendency of the cups sinking into each other and having the handles stick straight up. Instead, they all stack nearly, the handles lay flat on top of the one below, so they don’t go sticking up causing your drawer to catch on the handles. I do have to stack them without the 2-Cup measuring cups, but that’s because my drawers are so shallow. I’m still amazed I can stack 1-Cup on down. I couldn’t even do that with my last set, and I only had the four basic measurements with my last set. Additionally, there is an ever-so-slight little pour spout on the sides of the cups. It helps to neatly guide liquids when pouring. And, as if that wasn’t enough, the handles are shorter than most, plenty long enough to handle large scoops of flour or tough Scoops of brown sugar or lard. This means that you can actually use these spoons in your containers like flour and sugar, and maximize how much you store in the container without a long handle limiting your refill volume. Lastly, and this is just so awesome, the measuring cups have additional measurement markings stamped into cups. So, for example, the 1-cup has additional stamped markings of 3/4C, 1/2C, 1/4C. As do the other cups on down. This effectively multiplies your cups so you are not limited to only *one* 1/4-C, for example. You basically now have four or five! Oh, wait, one more, if you missed it, the cups and spoons both have stamped and engraved markings so nothing is going to get rubbed off over time. Oh, wait, I’m not done. Also, measurements are in both Imperial and metric, both clearly visible in the same font size. So it’s not like 1/4C is large and you’re squinting for 60ml. Nope, both are given equal billing. Something I really appreciate as I use recipes in both and am trying to convert to metric. I tell you, you will not regret this set. I purchased five of them. Two for my own use because when you get busy in the kitchen, as a serious home chef, you don’t want to waste time washing out that 1/4 Cup multiple times. Three are gifts. Don’t hesitate. I am slowly clearing my kitchen of plastic and replacing everything with stainless steel. These measuring cups are high-quality, inexpensive, easy to wash, and safe for the dishwasher. They will likely last a long time. Happy with this purchase.

These are nice sturdy measuring cups and spoons with the extra sizes not usually part of a standard set. My family used them during a Christmas cookie baking day and we all loved them, especially the 2 cup measuring cup. I am preparing to order another set as a gift.

This measuring set is simply THE BEST. They are beautiful and strong, shiny stainless steel with the measurements stamped deeply into the spoons and cups. They will not wear off like the brand I had before. My husband has been wanting me to get some that the writing did not wear off of for a long time so I finally picked these up for Christmas for him and he loves them (so do I). I never found any I really liked until this set. You can see our poor old ones in the pictures that have now gone off to be recycled. We love that the spoons fit inside our spice containers and that they are all easy to read and use. One of the reasons I took so long to get a new set is because I loved that my old measuring cups were rounded and easy to scoop out of, so when I saw this set was rounded (and that the spoons would fit inside spice jars), I knew it was THE ONE for us! We are so happy with this lovely set. It is well worth the cost, as I'm pretty sure this set truly will last forever. Wonderful, durable, strong!

Best measuring cups and spoons ever! These are easy to use, very accurate and pour easily into a bowl! These are an essential and store very easily! They are easy to clean and a steal! Also, this product you can tell is made well!

I really like the measuring cups and spoons. They are good quality and easy to use. My only issue is there is no 1/2 tablespoon measuring spoon. I use 1/2 tablespoon so it is a bit inconvenient. Other than that it is a great set.

I was surprised how nice these are. They are a good weight for scooping ingredients. I love the slim spoon design. They work in smaller jars of spices. They handle the dishwasher well. I've washed them several times already. It's heading into Christmas baking season for me. These are a great addition. Just what I've been looking for.

These are quality measuring spoons and cups that won't bend when scooping honey and other thicker baking ingredients . Love that they have odd sized cups like 2/3 and 3/4, plus the smaller gradient lines visible from inside the larger cups.

The spoon set portion came with two 1/8 teaspoons and no 1/4 teaspoons. I can't believe that I have to return them because the set did not include the correct items. Also have read other reviews that the measurements themselves are inaccurate, so I won't be ordering them again, to replace the returned items.
