Very good quality for price. Easy-to-use and set up. Customers should know these phones sound quality and volume and distance is far superior to the previous phone I owned. Works. Perfectly and very clear operating instructions.

Purchased this to replace an older system of the same type and make. I would recommend this product, it is reliable and covers a decent area. I like that I can pair my cell phone to the system, the read-aloud caller ID, and the built in intercom is good too.

I thought for years that they should have a product like this... Particularly handy if you're elderly or handicapped, because you no longer have to run to find your cell phone or have to keep it near you all the time when home. I was skeptical that it worked, but it works perfectly and even announces when you have an incoming text and who it's from! I use my old magicJack phone number as my "landline,"and it works well enough, just had to get a less than $10 line filter to reduce the magicJack static that is always existed! Buy this system... You won't regret it. Not sure what they mean by a LOCK system, but I have a feeling it was supposed to be for the BLOCK system (for blocking calls from any receiver)... that works too!!

After the tiresome task of entering all my phone numbers, I am very satisfied with these phones. They have very nice features. I especially like the “call block” button feature. I recommend this Panasonic phone system very highly.

Having had a bad experience with the top selling Panasonic Cordless Phone because I hadn't read the user manual first, I went through the user manual for this one front to back. Turns out I didn't have to. Set up was literally plug-n-play. Just entered my contacts and recorded a greeting and I was good to go. Considering that I live in an over large house (but by no means a mansion) with many obstructing walls, the sound quality is superior to my old Panasonic phone, no matter how far I move away from the base. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I didn’t realize when I bought this phone that I could pair it to my cell phones. Once I read the instructions, This surprising feature seemed like a real plus, and I immediately paired our two cell phones. BIG mistake!!! For the next month I thought we had totally defective phones. Connections were poor, sound almost impossible to hear and incessant static during calls. It finally occurred to me that it was the cell phone pairing that may have been causing the problem so I went to the instruction guide to find a way to unpair them. Unfortunately, the instructions in the guide didn’t work; in fact, they made no sense in terms of the controls on the phone. I was finally able to unpair the phones through our cells by disconnecting Bluetooth and asking the cells to remove the connection to this device. All phones are working fine now, but this “positive” feature caused major problems. Another issue with the pairing is that when the phone rings it’s sometime difficult to discern the device that is actually receiving the call, and calls sent to the cell do not permit you to use all the features of the regular phone.

My aunt's old Panasonic phone system was ancient; buttons would require very hard presses to engage, finish was wearing off, and the hard keys themselves were getting hard to read. Ordered this new set and she is very comfortable using them as the functionality is still the same, but has added new cellphone BT connectivity that she won't understand but I'd find impressive. Might actually prompt me to replace our Panasonic phones at home and try out the cellular connection and drop our landline. Arrived on time.

Easy to set up.Haven't really tried any advanced features , haven't had the time.

While using the cell connection, the handset static noise is too loud and is not possible to carry on a conversation. This happened every time the cell connection is used.
