I can’t explain how or why these work but they work beautifully for me. I’ve tried many knee supports, most causing rashes, chafing and itching. I’m only using one and I have no knee pain, no buckling and I forget that I have it on. It’s cool, comfortable and stays in place.

Just used these during a half marathon, and they worked so well. I typically have knee pain after my long runs for 2-3 days afterwards. But these braces significantly decrease the pain. I used them for the last month of training. I’m 48 hours post my half marathon and I barely have any pain... and the very slight pain I’m currently feeling is just typical soreness since I’m not an avid runner. They stayed secure the whole race (I was using leggings, so not directly on the skin). Didn’t have to adjust them once. I should mention that I don’t have any significant knee issues… just normal pain and soreness for my 42 year old body since I did not do strength training like I should have during my training! Highly recommend.

This knee strap is very easy to put on. It's very comfortable and adjustable, and the velcro quality is great. It's pretty durable and the size can be adjusted, but it didn't feel very supportive to me. Even when I pulled the strap all the way tight, it didn't help the pain I was feeling in my knee. I tried it several times while I was out running, but I never felt like it made a difference.

Small and effective, this knee strap is so easy to pack, even fits in your pocket! Once in place, you don't even know it's there. I've used this for years and it makes hiking much more comfortable, extends your energy, too.

Provides the support I need for my patella tendon through the adjustment straps. Stays in place for the most part. Fits perfectly fine around the knee. Material is comfortable and feels durable.

This item actually helps tremendously and I will be using it daily I think. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because of a couple of things. The first thing is the fit. I have it adjusted to the smallest possible size and it’s just enough but barely. For reference, the area directly under my kneecap measures 13”. That being said, I am a smallish/medium sized woman so I would say this would probably fit most people unless you’re a fairly thin/small framed woman. The second issue is slipping. As soon as I would begin walking, it would start slipping down with each step. I just so happened to have a bottle of ABS Sock stop (the puffy paint-looking stuff that is on the bottom of grippy socks). This completely solved the issue and that sucker now stays right where I place it. All you have to do is paint on some dots or squiggles (mine isn’t real pretty but it doesn’t matter) and let it dry for like 6 or 7 hours and then it’s perfect. No more slipping! Those issues aside, the device actually works well and I would have never guessed something so simple would alleviate my knee pain but a friend recommended this item to me. She said her Orthopedic doctor recommended this brand so that’s why I chose this particular one.

These are a great improvement over the traditional supports/straps. The buckle helps to tighten the strap and keep it snug in place. The neoprene material (or type) really make for a comfortable fit. All this and you get TWO!! 2 at half the cost of the traditional strap...that doesn't work as well as this one. You decide!

Ya llevo mas de un mes usandolo y ha funcionado muy bien, el material es suave y comodo y cumple bien su funcion desde que lo uso ya no me duelen las rodillas al bailar. Definitivamente comprare mas ya que se desgasten.
