This is probably my favorite GFuel flavor. I don't find a strong sour taste, however, the blue raspberry flavor profile is awesome. This sits right between sweet and sour - not too much of either - just the perfect blend. I tend to mix this one a little stronger because the flavor is not overwhelming, so when I feel like I could use a little more caffeine (days that I work out, play volleyball, etc.), I can pack a little more punch per bottle so to speak. Like all of the GFuels I have tried, this powder doesn't mix that well (even at regular strength). If you let your bottle sit for a bit, white sediment settles on the bottom of the bottle. A few quick shakes and it mixes again. Overall, this has a great flavor with a hint of sour and a great blue raspberry flavor. GFuel is my go-to because of the clean energy I get from it without the energy drink crash. Highly recommend this one.

There's a good reason why this flavor of G Fuel has almost 4K reviews as of the time of this writing! The flavor of blue raspberry rushes in your mouth like a waterfall. The sour flavoring on this one isn't too strong, it's a compliment to the main flavor if anything, it adds the finishing touch to a flavor that's amazing as is. It's not super thick, it's real smooth going down, but not too smooth to where it's just like water, think moreso like Gatorade's thickness. This also mixes extremely well with Fazeberry, makes a nice purple color (depending of how much of each you use) and adds a light sour flavoring to Fazeberry with a quick taste of blue raspberry. I'm almost certain it'd mix well with other fruity flavors, test em out and try em for yourself! The only downside that's not a big issue for me is that it's not a good flavor to mix in with milk. There's a slew of people who mix G Fuel with milk, but this isn't the flavor to do it with, stick with Fazeberry if you're going to do that. Again, it's not a big deal for me, but I can understand why people would be sad that this flavor wouldn't mix well. TL;DR Overall this is well worth the $30 price tag! The flavor is perfect, the thickness isn't too thick, and it seriously mixes well with other fruity flavors. Doesn't mix well with milk, but that's hardly a downside. Easily a 5/5 stars!

I’ve tried many G-FUEL products in the past and I’ve been very pleased with how effective they are and how well they taste. This was my first time trying “Sour Blue Chug Rug”, and it does taste good don’t get me wrong but it’s just so powdery. Even mixing it with hot water I still get a mouth full of powder. I’ve tried many other flavors and it’s never been as bad. This flavor specifically is just so powdery and for that I’m giving it only 4 stars. Besides it being so powdery, it does taste pretty good and it does keep me energized at work. Edit: It smells like rotten butt after a few months

Love this stuff. Wish it was a little cheaper so I could afford to buy a two tubs each time I reup instead of one(so I can mix up the flavors I consume a bit kuz yeah the stuff is bomb and the blue chug rug is amazing tasting) but I'd like to be able to have two or more flavors to mix up what I'm tasting so I dont get bored of any one flavor. So yeah this stuff is great it definitely improves my gameplay and reaction timings as well. Iv also noticed that iv been drinking alot less of the generic energy drinks I usually drink like ic gone from drinking 3 to 5 energy drinks a day to 1 to 2 at most so yeah it definitely works better then any energy drink out there. As well I have several YouTube videos of my gameplay on cod. All but the most recent two uploads where from when I didn't drink g fule. The two most recent ones iv posted are ones where I had drunken g fuel so if you want to literally see the difference in my reaction time etc feel free to go check out thoese videos and see for yourself. I’m a huge blue raspberry fan so when I try something new that’s the flavor I lean towards. This was the first g fuel powder tub I got. Pros: good flavor, smells good, light blue color, scooper can be used to put powder in a water bottle, did seem to give me a little energy and focus. Performed a little better mentally. Not carbonated Cons: a little too tart for me. I like sour but it was a little too much for a drink. A little chalky towards the end as well. However, they do have a bunch of other great flavors that I love. Sometimes I prefer the cans over the powder. Depends on the day.

Great stuff. 2nd type I have tried. First type by another maker had no moisture protection inside. So over a little time moisture got to it. Was still usable but annoying. G Fuel packaging was tight. The inner seal was on real good. Container was full not half empty "due to settling" as some claim. This stuff really woke me up. If you take a whole dose and get gittery then just cut the dose in half and the container will last 2x as long. Since every one is different and how it effects you will be based on weight and body mass index results per dose will vary. Being an an avid weight lifter in previous years I understand these things better then those who don't. And the taste is awesome! Not too sour. If it is for you just add to more water. You can control dose and taste. You might not of thought of it but added to whole milk adds a smooth creamy flavor as well. I would recommend this to any one who wants to sharpen up there game. Wake up ready for work real fast. Or that all night Fortnight PUBG Call of Duty gaming spree. And it's really cool to resemble the chug jug too lol.

Tastes great, works well providing a boost to energy, focus, and saves a lot of money vs buying energy drinks. Would highly recommend.
