The 10-pack which I ordered was SDCZ50-008G.

Does it have an online password protection feature included with the flash drives?

No, the pswd feature is not included on the drives.

Do these have a light that flashes when they are pluged in and comunicating with a computer?

Ours did not. We use to make play lists for MP3 players with and without blue tooth for car and pickup and even two small home speakers. They are just plain drives. Small GB's which for us is what we wanted. I've never seen any that have any kind of light led or other indicator they are communicating with a computer.
