I keep this Wellness Formula on hand and genuinely swear by it. At the very first sign of feeling run down, I start taking it and it has helped me shorten the length and intensity of getting sick so many times. Excellent product with very strong garlic odor that emanates from your skin and lasts for days even after showering. It contains many "alternative health items." Expensive product but it is cheap compared to what you would pay to buy each item individually. Effective in managing "allergies, asthma, colds and flu." Not a cure, but helpful to manage symptoms. I work part time so the odor doesn't bother me on days I don't work. I go off 2 days before work and I stay off until I have another 4 days off. Has used this product for years with good results, but may not be for everyone.

My chiropractor recommended this to me as a way to boost my immune system. I have definitely taken it consistently and as directed at the very hint of a cold, and I've ended up getting sinus infections and bronchitis just as usual over the previous months. Instead of this, I would recommend drinking a lot of water, taking a multivitamin, eating a healthy diet, getting plenty of sleep, and eliminating as much stress from your life as possible. That'll probably be the real trick to health -- not just a weird smelling little pill. UPDATE (5/12): My husband and child were both extremely ill over the past week. My husband was the sickest he's ever been in his life. I took six pills (plus some echinacea tea) the day I felt the sore throat coming on. I DID get sick, but I only got a cough -- no fever, no blistering in the throat, no vomiting, no rash. I am a convert. SECOND UPDATE (11/12): I have a crap immune system. I had shingles in Sept, followed by a kidney infection in October. Horrible! I started taking these again (two in the morning, two in the evening) while I had the kidney infection. My husband and two year old son got a horrible cold and cough, and my husband got bronchitis from it. The little one got ANOTHER cold. Since I've been consistent with taking it, I have not gotten either cold. I also had a small shingles rupture on my finger this morning and took six pills today. It is now gone. (I have had shingles twice this year; I'm a freak of nature.) I'm now a real believer in this stuff. Seriously I am. And I don't believe in many herbal remedy type things. I take a vitamin and fish oil. And this stuff. The ingredients SEEM to work. And they're not so weird -- lots of garlic, echinacea, astralagus ... stuff that's pretty commonly seen as immune boosters. I may not be a double-blind study, but I can swear that this stuff works -- at the very least to prevent upper respiratory infections.

This stuff is the best!! We have used it for our family for almost 15 years. It was recommended Buy a owner of a Health food shop where we used to live and we noticed how well it kept us from getting sick. At any sign of illness we take these and most of the time it keeps us from getting full-blown sick these are the best!

This is my lifesaver specially when I travel. I always keep this supplement at home. Only thing I do not like about it is that it has soy in it.

Somewhat helpful to boost the immune system

I’ve taken this product for many years when I was sick and it always helped me recover. Now I take it every day and haven’t been sick since.

They’re not chewable, please understand they don’t advertise them that they are chewable, but take it from me, you don’t want to try to chew them. For the record, you physically can chew them, technically you can chew water, but trust me you won’t enjoy it. Let’s just say the texture isn’t optimal.
