Made my murky water clear again
Such a great product. I only gave 4 stars because it leaves this crusty residue that takes some scrubbing to remove but this stuff cleared up my spa very nicely. We had to do 2 shocks over 2 days but worked great.

We've been using this for quite some time, but the last order seemed to be different. There's now always a sediment on the bottom of our hottub from this product. Not sure what changed.

The product works fine. It’s exactly what I ordered and wanted. They sell it in quantities of three or one. I only wanted one. Somehow while I was updating my credit card information, it defaulted back to a package of three. Within seconds of realizing I had ordered three of them, I tried to cancel my order and order a single. The second order worked great. But I got a message two days later saying they could not cancel my first order because it had already shipped. A day after that I got a notice that it shipped. So I guess it hadn’t already shipped? I have been trying for a month now to return this item for a refund. I keep getting robotic answers back, and no progress. This seller has been a nightmare to deal with. I would definitely buy this product again, but definitely not from the seller. Terrible customer service. Update. They finally responded! Only to tell me the refund is outside of the window and they can’t do it. Nevermind that I’ve been trying for a month to cancel/return this item.
