Product was delivered on time and as described

My experience of 'Prime' means 'drop it and run', and although I didn't specify it for this order as it didn't matter if it took a week, it must have arrived very early on the Sunday morning when I was still in bed , and a whole day BEFORE it was listed as 'expected'. The same old story, full of porkies -- the box was still plastered with Prime tape, and no, typically I didn't hear the driver either knock or ring the bell, and yet it's stated it 'was handed over' -- which was an out and out distortion of the truth! Luckily I went to the door to collect the newspaper and so found it at about 9.15am just after breakfast -- £80 worth of goods simply plonked on the doorstep for anybody to steal, all in a box which was now soggy because it had been drizzling and was still a bit foggy. This apart, I know the inks are always good, and even though these were £10 or so cheaper (VAT and delivery included) than certain any others listed, they're still highly expensive (was their initial development all those years ago as expensive as creating a Channel No.9, I wonder, and yet we're STILL paying for it?) I got them purely for stock and just to save that little bit of money whilst the offer was on -- but not a Black Friday job, I hasten to add! Any Reader, please note : this review is incorrectly dated. Yes, I did buy a pack back then in July, but the review for that purchase has simply been picked up, BUT I've been able to edit it for this second purchase I've just received (ie November 21st 2020)

Genuine Epson cartridges which always seem reliable. I only gave 4 stars because these Epson ones are so expensive.

Quality replacement

Genuine product, just not in all of the plastic, works out cheaper for two of these than the high capacity ones.

Whilst there are numerous OEM/3rd Party cartridges out there, I always stick with the genuine product. Yes its very expensive for what it is, but the output quality is much better than I've seen compared to ther people who I know who have used 3rd party cartridges on the same series printer. Only wish would be for Epson to allow you to use the PHOTO BLACK as BLACK when it runs out as it invariably does before the other colours!

good quality ink but cartridges don't last long and are very expensive. poor value for money

Cyan ink has run out very quickly and now printer will not function because it won’t print by combining other colours. Also many other colours seem to be v low - will need to monitor situation and see what happens.

E' un prodotto che utilizzo da diverso tempo e che ricompro regolarmente. Prodotto originale che non mi ha mai dato problemi, unico neo forse un po' caro per la resa che ha ma sappiamo che la qualità costa, a volte troppo. Il prodotto è arrivato entro i tempi previsti. Unico problema il multipak XL non era dispnibile ed ho dovuto ripiegare su quello normale. Corriere molto professionale professionale.
