Not simply to work from. - Amazing book. Some may hind it complicated but the results justify the extra efforts. Review: Not your ordinary cookbook - It is a brilliant cookbook, however I am shock at the price. I bought this before at $42, now it has double and almost triple in price (107-120). Is it because the restaurant is now the best of the best under the world's 50 best rest.?
