Flavour for a wedding cake
I bought this for a wedding cake to be made next month so I tried it in a small trial cake for the bride.. she was absolutely delighted with the results. Thank you

Mostly happy
Happy with this although I feel it could have tasted of elderflower more.

No flavour
I was really looking forward to using this 'high strength' elderflower extract. However, it is totally useless. Having paid way above what you would normally pay for an extract flavour, I as expecting a strong result. However, I ended up using the entire bottle (my recipe recommended 15 drops), there was not even the hint of elderflower. I used it to make Meringue butter cream and a flavoured sugar syrup neither of which tasted of anything other than sugar. Save your money and avoid at all costs.

Great Smell as soon as you open the bottle
I like all Foodie Flavours just wish there wasn't so many......lol love the dropper, just like an essential oil bottle

Didn't meet expectations.
I found the strength of the product disappointing and had to use quite a lot to obtain any definitive taste. Expensive product which didn't meet upto expectations.

Could not tell the flavour
It arrived well packaged in good time. I used it to flavour some buttercream. Despite adding more and more flavouring, until I had added well over the suggested amount, neither myself or any people who later ate the cake could tell what flavour it was!

Rubbish flavouring (Elderflower)
Had to use so much of this and still so little flavour. I expected much more with the price it cost. Definitely will avoid this brand in future.
