Great taste! Was looking for an alternative to cocoa and this worked so well. Plus caffeine free. Made brownies and my husband loved them.

This is the best carob I've ever had! Thumbs up! It measures very well and is ground to a fine powder, unlike some other carob powders I've purchased where there are lumps of carob stuck together that required sifting, which is not fun considering you have to wear a mask to avoid inhaling the airborne powder. I just made a carob version of Hershey's Chocolate Cake, the recipe on the back of the container on some products. I substituted 100% whole wheat pastry flour for the refined white flour and used 3/4 cup of carob powder instead of cocoa powder, as called for in the recipe. Excellent. Too much sugar by far in this recipe, but a great replacement for cocoa for people who prefer to avoid the stimulants in cocoa. This makes a great hot carob drink, also. Great product. No regrets, and I've tried several other brands.

This is delicious as a cocoa substitute. I cannot have cocoa due to it's caffeine, however, I'm really enjoying carob "cocoa" instead.

Pretty close to a perfect product! Mixes well to make my espresso drinks at home.

I did not like the taste in the beginning. It has an after taste that is similar to like eating raw grass or leaves that is just unpleasant. But, my daughter loved it and we found out that we needed to stir it well and mix it with milk and if possible blend it like a shake, and the after taste would either go away or lessen. Overall I love this product and my daughter has asked me to buy more.
