We used this tool to cut vinyl plank flooring and it worked beautifully. The cuts were clean and accurate. Highly recommend this tool for installing this type of flooring.

I've used this cutter to floor 3 homes. 2,000 sq ft of 10mm Pergo+ and 1,500 sq ft of 10mm mohawk. I have sharpened the blade once and it is still good as new. The only downfall is that the guide doesn't stay in place, so you have to square your board up by eye, before you cut. I replaced the washer under the guide with a larger one. That helped to lock it down where it will stay in place now but there was still trouble aligning it to square position. I use a carbide tip blade on a table saw for any angled cuts and for clean rip cuts(length-wise). This cutter makes clean cuts and does not mark nor scar the boards at all. It allows me to stay on the floor and work much faster than using a saw for every end cut. It is pretty great, just has an unreliable guide that is not really needed.

i was pleasantly surprised when i got the cutter. quality vinyl plank cutter @ this price. delivery was fast, easy to assemble..........7 screws (another person would help) . my first cut on sample of plank that i'm about to install was easy, straight, and with a minimum of effort. my wife even tried it and was surprised that she could cut this 1/4" plank so easily.

This thing is a HUGE time saver. I did a floor that would have taken all afternoon in less than 2 hours. Just measure, cut and lay them down. It makes perfect 90 degree cuts and seems pretty rigid so far. The tile I was putting down was pretty thin so it may be more difficult with thicker gauge material.

We have used this tool for installing over 2000 sq feet of luxury vinyl plank floors. Works extremely well and so easy to use.

This tool was amazing! It made installing the floors at my home a breeze. It makes nice clean cuts leaving behind minimal debris. It was great to be able to cut the flooring inside saving lots of wasted motion running in and out to use a saw.
