Replacement rear view mirror
I received the mirror very fast and it was very well packaged. This mirror is as good if not better than the original. It had thread savers over the studs. Had it in, in about fifteen minutes, very easy to install. Plugged in and works great! I am very satisfied and will buy from them again!

Drivers mirror
My old mirror was in very bad condition due to a tree, but when this product arrived, I installed it and it was a perfect replica of the old one.

Be Aware this item does not comply with the discription
The description of this item distinctly says that it is a "Heated" mirror.... IT IS NOT!!!! This was very disappointing to find I was lied to. I did not determine that it was missing the heating attribute until I had removed and had the new one almost completely installed.... to late to return. In my particular instance it was not a non-starter as I keep my Jeep in the garage and this was w feature I normally did not need. Otherwise.... the part fit and performed perfectly.... BTW the YouTube video I saw did not accurately show how to properly remove the door panel... but with a little bit of brute force I was able to access the nuts.

Looks perfect and works great
My original mirror got damaged and needed to be replaced. I was surprised how inexpensive the replacement mirror was on Amazon. Ordered it Tuesday and had it Thursday. To install it you need to pop out the top portion of the door panel and remove 3 bolts on the existing mirror. It would have been relatively easy except one of the bolts on my old mirror seized and snapped off the mirror. It took a while to finally snap it off. The mirror looks identical, the power harness plugs in and you're good to go. I suspect a dealer would charge at least $300 for the same repair.

As I was tightening the lower nut, and the screw bolt literally snapped in half This is Made in China garbage

Looks like OEM
It looks just like the OEM mirror. Once installed, when driving on the highway I do notice that the glass vibrates more than the factory mirror, but for the savings, it's perfectly okay. Came very nicely packaged to protect it. There could have been some instructions, but it was easy enough to figure out.
