Pipe is good but nozzle that we connect to tap had a small hole bcos of which water is spilling out

Weak spray gun
The tube quality is good but the spray gun quality is not upto the mark. Got broken within a week period.

worst experience after calling so many times no action is still taken
very bad experience with amazon... since nozzel didn't fit so asked for return but I don't understand why it's not taking it back and refunding the amount

Best product ever
Appearance is good. Easy to use. Softness. Very thick. The spray gun has a handy clamp which allows the gun to be handsfree if desired to spray water. I specially liked the various nozzle spray positions of the gun. The clamps for connecting the hose pipe to plumbing could be better designed for durability --at present they are easy to tighten or loosen without any tool but the clamp screw starts to fail if overtightened. The spray gun leaks if not properly tightened/connected to the hose pipe. Overall good value for money. Could be sold with an additional self coiling plumbing roller to be attached to the wall for the pipe to be stored compactly after each use.

Think before you purchase.
Present quality is not goog. Defective sprayer( not working properly). Fitting of the sprayer with the pipe is also not properly done.

Disappointing
Its said 3 layers hose heavy duty but what I received is only one layer not a heavy duty bad quality.. I will return it back ..it’s disappointing

Description
"Heavy Duty", to be determined, quality looks thin and hose is see-through. Wouldn't call this heavy duty when compared with Gardenia or other name brands. Nozzle plastic.

Decent but could have been better
Build quality: The braided design feels sturdy, and the length is good for reaching across the garden. Issues: The hose is quite stiff and kinks easily, making it awkward to maneuver. Also, the fittings leaked slightly despite tightening. Decent but has some frustrating flaws.
