I've struggled for years to make meatballs. In a frying pan, too much splatter. In the oven on a baking sheet, they fell part and didn't bake evenly. But this pan solved all my problems. You just set the meatballs in the rack and they cook evenly and keep their shape. I put foil underneath in the pan to catch the drips.

Where did I miss that pans like this are available. It's amazing and works so good. No Frying anymore. I know I can use it for more than just meatballs. Get one you can't go wrong

The first complaint I have is that the wire part of this pan where the meatballs go was bent badly, and would not sit on the pan flat. I managed to bend it to make it better, but it's still not right. My next complaint is that the meatballs stuck to it. Next time, I'll try spraying it with non stick spray. The idea is good, but the quality of this product leaves something to be desired.

I love it. I make meatballs about 100 at a time. Freezing most of them. When I don't have a lot of time to prep for a meal, I grab some meatballs and get the meatball pan out. Throw them in the oven. 45 minutes later... the pan does a great job. Just cover them with foil, keeps the bottom free from burning the grease.

This pan is awesome for making meatballs. You’ll likely need to either buy two or make two batches. Try one and see if you need another. Price is reasonable. I had to return the first one as it was dented upon arrival. The second was perfect.

No more greasy mess on my stove top. Good meatballs... but a little dry. Next time I won’t bake them for so long.

This is great. Have used it for meatballs, sausages, bacon. Have used it in the oven and in our smoker. Cleans up easily. Very happy with it

Added water to bottom to make easy cleaning and it makes evenly cooked meatballs and kebabs just about anything that fits should be good to cook
