4 out of 5
Good and easy to use product but buyers please keep in mind this product does not take out hard crease or wrinkles... If u try to do more the cloth tend to become damp... So if u r in hurry this product is definitely not helpful coz after u do the steaming leave it to dry for 10 odd minutes. But all in all its a great product

Not good and not comfortable
One main problem--pipe is not flexible. So not used. Waste of money

Decent product, value for money
Pretty good product. Does the job. Quality is also good. Takes a few minutes for the steam to come out on full blast but that is probably due to the wattage. But that is not a drawback. You just have to wait a couple of minutes for the heavy steam to start.

Not for me
Well, this experiment failed. I honestly wanted something to ease up the chore that is ironing. My Iron-man, well, istri-wala returns the ironed clothes all packed in a heap and transported on a motorbike. Sometimes I wonder if he all he does is fold up the clothes and squeeze them a bit. Why do I even bother giving them out for ironing, I wonder. After I discovered that there are things called steamers, I was intrigued. It logically sounds implausible that simple "passing" of steam can achieve the same effectiveness in producing that "pressed" look of a shirt brought about after full strength pressing down with my lanky and inconsiderable biceps and shoulders. Well, it doesn't. All it did was wet the shirt a whole lot. That also would have been acceptable if at least the creases could have been removed. Not too good at that either. And kind of tough to wrangle around that pipe and pole and all of it. Perhaps another product might be ergnomically better. But, I remain unconvinced about the underlying premise of passing steam to get a laundered shirt look. Back to the trusty steam iron for me.
