What Should Danny Do? (The Power to Choose) : Levy, Adir, Levy, Ganit, Sadler, Mat: desertcart.co.uk: Books Review: Classroom Essential - This book has made a huge impact to the children in my classes. The pictures and the story itself compliment each other so well. They can’t wait to make decisions and love that they can make their own choices. It’s now an essential in my classroom and lots of parents love how much of a difference/impact it has made. Review: Awesome - I read this with my grandchildren (7 and 5). They love the 'choose your ending' format of the book. It took a while to get to all 9 endings. It was a good conversation starter about choosing the way we react to things and sometimes they now say 'What would Danny do?' Slightly American in its vocabulary, but my grandchildren have watched enough US TV to not be phased by this. The hardback book was also good quality.

Great book to help little ones understand the consequences of their choices.
My son (3) is obsessed with this book. We read it multiple times a day. Pity we always have Danny's Worst Day 🤣😭 As long as he is having fun, I guess. I do think it is working towards him being more reflective of his behaviour and choices. At the very least it acts a reference for discussion when he is acting out. Great little book.

Enjoyable
Got this for my 6 years old son for Xmas and he enjoyed reading it with his siblings. Excellent book, something which kept the kid away from electronic devices for a while. Worth the buy.

cool
Really cool, my kid loves it. Minus is for re-reading, you lose a little bit. You also sometimes get lost in the stories (which pages do I have to turn to now ?)

A surprising hit
I hoped my boys would like this book, but they love it! Great value for money as so many stories in one, plus added bonus that theyre leaking about consequences and choices as they go. They're 6 and 4.

Fantastic book!
I read this with my daughter almost every night, she loves it. Fantastic book and I absolutely love the idea of the superpower to choose. I only wish the series was a bit cheaper. I would definitely recommended to all children from around 4y to 7y.

I highly recommend this book for kids! I was worried that it may not be super relevant for my 4 year old girl (who is obsessed with unicorns and feminine things), but she loves it! We have read it every night since Christmas (currently mid-February) and have so much fun trying to find all the different endings. Again, highly recommend as it is a huge hit in our house.

Bought this for my grandson and he loved it. His mom also loved it cause it taught her son to consider his options and not just the first thing that comes to mind. He is 5 yrs old.

I bought this book for my 5- and 3-year-old, and it really resonated with my 5-year-old. She stayed engaged and enjoyed making choices alongside Danny. What I really appreciate is that the book shows real, everyday kid situations. For example, when the little brother gets the superhero plate and the older child wants it — Danny has to choose whether to whine or accept it. These are situations kids actually experience, which makes the lessons very relatable. Now every time my daughter starts to whine, I just ask, “What would Danny do?” and it’s honestly amazing how quickly she shifts her mood and becomes more open to discussing things instead of whining. My 3-year-old wasn’t as into it yet — I think he’s just a bit young to fully understand the message — but I plan to try again next year. This kept my daughter engaged for a solid 20 minutes, and even at bedtime she was still talking about the power to choose. Such a thoughtful and helpful book for kids learning emotional regulation and decision-making.

A real fun book to read with kids. It also seems they got the message in the most part!
