ABC (Letterland Picture Books)

This book was recommended to us by our sons nursery school teacher. They use it as a work book at school, and so we bought it to supplement his school based learning so that he could reinforce what he learned at school, by reading the book at home. Well, my 4 year old son, now knows the whole alphabet thanks to this book and happily tries to read just about anything that he can get his hands on. By introducing each letter as a character, it helps the child to retain the knowledge easier, for better recall later.

My first grader loves this book. Had been struggling with some of the different letter sounds and this is so helpful and fun which makes it easier to remember. Great book, recommend for any first grade/kindergarten age trying to grasp phonics

The colors and the illustration.

I bought a lot of different phonics books for her. I have been reading my DD books for a long time. She learns through playfulness and this set go books hit the right note with her. She loves them and so do I. I have spent a lot of money on these type of books and only this worked. Thank you letter land. DD is 4yr 10 mo, I bought these 2-3 mo ago and she is now reading independently!

This book is a great introduction to ABC's and the characters in the Letterland series which will quickly have children reading! Fun characters, vibrant illustrations, and alliterative writing make learning to read fun! Highly recommend!

Super cute book for teaching letters and sounds. The illustrations have been updated since I was a kid.

Taught both my girls to read and write using this method. Bought it for my impending grandchild!

When I purchased the book, I didn't realize I was buying a used book. The cover was smudged and the binding was very loose. There was visible wear along the seems showing the pages had been turned multiple times prior to receiving. This was very disappointing after waiting to receive this book for awhile.

My kid loves all the letterlanders’ stories and icons. Stories are well-written with nice pictures. Papers of the books are thick and not easily broke.

A wonderful book with pictures. Very helpful to learn your kids English, as the interesting characters, pictures and stories make your child really interested to learn and read.

Letterland phonics uses many different characters to introduce phonetic sounds to young children. I think it's one of the best material for teaching toddlers as it has a lot of pictures and stories. Also their sound track of each phonetic sound is so easy to get into kids head and make them remember the sound easily.
