This works so well!

Taken 5 nights. I am amazed at how solidly I sleep with this. Last night, according to my watch I slept 7 hours and 38 minutes. REM was 2 hours and 42 minutes and Deep was 1 hr 42 minutes. Was not conscious of being awake at any point during the night, although watch noted 49 minutes of awake time. Part of me is a little suspicious that there may be more in this product than the herbs listed. Possible side effect: I have woken up with a headache each day. Maybe unrelated, but if this persists I will have to discontinue use.

great product, really helps you sleep and wake up refresshed. Nice dreams, too! Much better than weed, which sometimes makes me wake up in the middle of the night.

Didn’t work for me

So normally, I wouldn't trash an herbal remedy for not working. Such is the nature of nature I suppose. Plus, I've taken enough pharmaceuticals that didn't work (or did the opposite of what they were supposed to) to know that you won't always get what you want out of pills and potions. So the fact that this supplement didn't help me sleep at all wasn't really what bugged me about it. What bugged me were the waves of nausea that quickly made sleeping impossible every time I took it. And yes, I followed the instructions and took the pills with plenty of water (and an hour apart; maybe possible stomach discomfort is why the instructions tell you to split the doses by such a large margin). And to be absolutely sure it was the pills, I took them for a week. Though I will admit that this was due as much to stubbornness (and a hatred of wasting money) as it was to a scientific fervor for personal experimentation. Finally, I got tired of feeling like I was going to throw up every night and just threw the bottle away. I'm not sure what caused this reaction. Could have been any of the herbs I guess. I'll blame the poppy extract. Just because. So anyway, this pill didn't work for me. Not even in the most basic placebo-related sense. I hope other people have more luck with it, but be aware that it might cause some stomach discomfort. Maybe start by taking one and seeing if that causes nausea, then ramp up the dose if you do okay. I used many different sleep aids throughout the years, settled on melatonin, more natural and it does seem to help me fall asleep. But this "Deep Sleep" brand I really like! I drink lots of water and have to go to bathroom about every 2 hours but Deep Sleep really helps me to fall back to sleep with little problem and feel like I can sleep much longer, it is hard wanted to wake up, I want to continue sleeping like when I was a kid! with no grogginess. I will continue to buy Deep Sleep.

The product actually works like it states - I still got up in the middle of the night to use ther estroom but then quickly fell back to sleep! But for me, I had some sort of allergic reaction and ended up with a rash on both arms. I am sure it is just one of the ingredients didn't sit well with me the product is effective.

I sometimes have trouble sleeping and these supplements help me to get to sleep and stay asleep. I only use them occasionally not every day.
