I have to say, this product is some of the best stuff on the market. Works flawlessly, removes 99% of rust with two coats. Always powerwash or scrub with baking soda before you paint. The acid residue will bleed through and weaken the paint. It will turn an oil based enamel into what feels like a latex when you scratch it with your fingernail. Also, don't spray near aluminum unless you plan on cleaning and polishing everything. I accidentally got some on a hoist when I was spraying a steel wall. I had to polish the entire hoist. Be aware on having the item shipped to you through Amazon. Because they tend to leak, and Amazon will mark it as damaged. Your shipment will be delayed. This has happened to me about fifteen to twenty percent of the time. I called the company who makes it. They were extremely helpful and I actually got to talk to a human being right from the get go.

Been looking at my old rusty - but still strong horse trailer.... Thinking it really needs sandblasted and redone.... we had painted it a couple of years ago with fancy rust paint, that only made it rust more... I saw an Ad for this... So I figured - well why not... if it doesn't work - can't be any uglier. WOW did it work! I did nothing in prep, I swept it off... I used roller and rolled it on.... I could see it work in minutes! my only thing was it was making dark rusty runs in some places (I think was crappy paint causing it), I thought it was going to wash off after the 24 hour wait - it did mostly - so I recommend if it does on yours, Rince them off before they dry and reapply. Super, super easy to use, no bad smell. I bought more to do farm equipment and spruce it all up!

Converted the rust very well on my truck frame. It has thick surface rust. I did 2 coats but only really needed one. You can see in my photo where the jack stand was. Warning: DONT drip on concrete. It’s an acid. It will permanently etch the concrete and leave white marks. If you’re doing this in your garage (you actually care about) put down plastic or something. Also wear a respirator with appropriate chemical cartridges and gloves. It burns skin slightly.

Using to neutralize rust on undercarriage of three older neglected (by me) MN winter vehicles. Used in combination as experiment with paint thinner I removed years of rust and grit from inside of chromed wheels on my new old truck. Not recommending you do this! Don't leave it on as it produces an oxidation that needed a wire brush to remove. Bought the first time with commercial grade plastic spray bottle . Worked well. Will use after wire brushing in future instead of before. LOL! When I run out will purchase again.

TAKES TIME BUT EVENTUALLY WORKS NOT CHEAP!

Works very well. Don’t sand or grind to bare metal. It needs surface rust to adhere and chock it out. Easy to use, let set 24 Hours and power wash off. Quick coat of Metal primer and you’re ready to finish. Does a great job for much less money.
