Short Casing helps with limited space
I made custom cables to length on a small pedalboard. My pedal switcher fits on the board well, but normal 1/4” jacks were too long and hung too far off top of board,… (right angle jacks don’t work at all.)I found these on Amazon and figured they were worth a try. I found the quality to be very good, and even that 1/2” shorter casing length made quite a difference in function and appearance. Soldering IS required.I would not suggest these jacks for guitar Cables because the casing is short enough that it would be hard to grip to remove on some guitar models, like Strats.

Pretty solid plugs, decent alternative to Squareplugs
I'm in the process of building my pedalboard. Bought a bunch of Squareplug SPS4's for the straight connections, but ended up needing more than I originally planned so I picked these up as an alternative. They are a little longer than the SPS4's, but still shorter than normal 1/4" plugs. I'm happy with them, especially for the price :)

Worked great for my build
Used these to plug in to the loops of my DIY switcher. Freed up space to fit everything on a mini board. Quality seems good so far. No complaints.

Works well
All 10 were in spec and as advertised. They are well built and soldered easily. Very good bargain, get them if you don't want to spend double for the name brand.4 stars because the gold plating on the tip seems gimmicky -- its very thin and none of my other plugs have gold plating, so why should this one?

I don't understand negative reviewers or who wrote that failed. If you do soldering properly then no issue at all.

Great for DIY Pedalboards!
Perfect fit to build your own patch cables for DIY pedal boards. I searched for quite a few days and these seller had the best price for the amount! No issues with the quality of the products or timeliness of the delivery.

Bigger than expected
They work bit I somehow expected the barrel to be shorter and smaller

Much better size for my pedalboard
I am glad I found out about these. I had trouble fitting everything I needed on my pedalboard and these helped a lot. I use the Maka right angle flat cables when I can and these short barrels for when I need a straight plug.
