I used it on my neck and the pain was gone within minutes. Didn’t need to use much. There was an initial smell to it but it wasn’t bad and went away quickly.

This works so well for every day aches and pains and I’ve never found a better product for my arthritic knees. Every home needs this in the medicine cabinet. Product will stain if spilled and left to dry, so be sure to wipe up immediately.

Pain reliever

This is certainly not a cure all, but it definitely helps with aches and pains including headaches. I was eating so much aspirin and acetaminophen that my doctor told me to stop, but gave me no alternative. This was my alternative. I still must sometimes take some aspirin as well, but I swallow a lot less of it thanks to this stuff. My headaches are mainly caused by deteriorating vertebra in my neck so I spray this on my neck and base of my skull as a preventative. My neck always aches and this helps reduce that ache and keep it from spreading up into my head. If a headache does start to creep in I'll cover my eyes and spray my temples or wherever the ache starts to rear it's ugly head on My ugly head. ;) It's at this point where I'll also take some aspirin. I smear this on my stiff aching arthritic hands as well. It doesn't eliminate the pain, but it does help. I also suffer from restless leg syndrome and doctors are either unwilling or unable to address it. Well, actually my issue is restless arm. My arms start twitching within ten minutes of going to bed. Occasionally, my legs join in and rarely my entire body. At the same time my arms are doing their own thing my feet will go numb. Drives me crazy and it's impossible to sleep. Get up, walk around for a few minutes then go back to bed and try to get to sleep before it starts again. It's a dismal competition that can go on for hours. Now I spray this on my upper arms and on my feet shortly before going to bed about every other night. I was doing it every night until I forgot one night and had no twitching or numb symptoms. Humph, maybe I don't need it Every night. Since then it's every other night unless I start getting symptoms. Then out comes the bottle. IIt's my desire to use as little as possible 'cause this stuff is kind of expensive, but all too often the relief is worth every squirt of the bottle. Now, my jumping arms and numb feet are practically a thing of the past. I ordered a bunch more of this Healing Bone Water. I talk about spraying and squirting. That's because I have a spray bottle that I just refill. All I can say is that my aspirin consumption is way down thanks to this stuff. I just wish I could find it cheaper. Just be sure not to get it on any open wounds or in your eyes. Ouch!

Product is effective. Scent could be better but not any more offensive than over the counter creams. Recommended by my acupuncturist.

Does help some, but has not been a miracle cure for me

I have used this product for over 15 years! I was first introduced to it by a local acupuncturist! When heard he was retiring I bought several bottles! I noticed that my last bottle was totally empty! I went on Amazon and was so impressed that they had it available! It HONESTLY works! In minutes the pain goes away! Not a fan of the smell but you get used to it! I am truly happy to smell it again Because it is a miracle product! Thank you Amazon!
