High carb days/cheat meal aid
Iโm a body builder and when in prep or during a reverse diet after a show I am sensitive to carbs and can get bad carb crashes due to a spike in insulin. These pills help so you donโt get that spike. It take the carbs to the muscle so they arenโt in your bloodstream

Your feelings may be hurt...
Listen people ... itโs not a miracle pill. Iโve read reviews and everyone is crying about โit doesnโt do thisโ โit doesnโt do thatโ... Take the pill(I take two), go eat a pizza, workout about 1 1/2 hours later and then look at your pumps, look at your veins, look at your strength. Itโs not a weight lose pill(thatโs why you do it with a cheat meal and thatโs once every 5-7 days) but the pill definitely works as long as you ac tally know how to train and do your macros through the duration of your program. Stop whining and actually lift weights!
