I’ve been taking the Life Extension Two-Per-Day Multivitamin for a while now, and overall I’m really impressed with the quality. Taste & smell: Since these are tablets, there’s no real “taste,” but they do have a slightly strong vitamin smell when you open the bottle. It’s not unpleasant, just typical. Once you swallow them, there’s no aftertaste. The tablets are on the larger side, which might be a bit challenging if you’re not used to swallowing pills. Personally, I take them with plenty of water and it’s fine, but it’s something to keep in mind. I didn’t experience any major side effects. However, if I take them on an empty stomach, I sometimes feel mild nausea, so I definitely recommend taking them with meal. I take this Life Extension Two-Per-Day multivitamin every day and I really like it. It has a wide range of vitamins and minerals, and I feel good using it as part of my daily routine. The tablets are easy to take, and I’m happy with the quality. I will continue using it!

I have found these to be one of the best values in the multi-vitamin space, really great mix, and like that you can spread it out to keep your body more balanced in the day. If you need a new multi, try these; they cut out the need for many of the other individual supplements.

After viewing the vitamin and mineral ingredient list on several vitamins, I chose this as one of the best balanced vitamin available. I especially like that is does not contain calcium and copper. Many do, however, if there is magnesium in the vitamin (as there most often is), the calcium competes with it and they have a canceling effect. The same is true with zinc and copper. It is easier to supplement separately with calcium and copper. These do appear to be very good vitamins. However, after ordering and taking them, I did not feel the best. Was struck with nausea and bloating. What I neglected to do is read the filler ingredients. I have a high sensitivity to maltodextrin and this is a filler used in this vitamin. For all the persons sensitive to polysaccharides, diabetics and Low Fodmap people, be cautious since the amount of this additive seems significant. My mistake — otherwise a great multi

I was having low energy levels at the end of the day, but within a month since I started having these tablets, I feel drastically better at the end of the day. I just pop a pill every day after lunch, keeping one bottle at my office desk and one at my home on dinning table. The pills do have slight pungent odour, yellowish colour and pill size average.

Good product. It arrived on time, was properly packaged, and looked exactly as described. The quality is good for the price, and it is simple and convenient to use. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and definitely recommend it.

It could be that I haven't taken a multivitamin for so long, but this multivitamin has been great. I first set out to find an alternative to mens vitamin pack. I noticed that I have decent (not overwhelming) energy levels and within a week or two of taking I started noticing strong erections like I had in my early 20s. I think this multivitamin is helping to restore my normal testosterone levels. I did TRT for a little while and notice no benefit, so impressed.

I am not a huge fan off the whole multivitamin thing! I prefer growing and making my own teas, tinctures etc. but my mom who is 83 years old has been taking this for some time now turned me on to this about 3 months ago when I was feeling ill. {let me just add my mom wants to go sky diving this summer} I Am Not saying her good heath is strictly because of these vitamins, but I have been taking the for 3 months and I do feel better all round in fact I just ordered my 2nd bottle. They recommend 2 tablets a day but I only take one in the morning with my breakfast If you are looking for a GOOD multivitamin I would strongly recommend this product!!

I did a lot of research about individually buying the best supplement for issues I wanted to address. I found this, and in 9/10 cases this multivitamin uses the latest tech in supplements at a good dosage for a very reasonable price. For example it uses the methylated form of folate. Some people have a genetic disorder where they can't process the typical folic acid properly which can lead to issues, and 99% of other multivitamins use the folic acid form because it's cheap. Another it uses is opti-zinc, it's well studied and one of the best for bioavailability. I would prefer a different form of magnesium as magnesium oxide is cheap and not that bioavailable, but that's a small drawback. If magnesium is an issue for you, look at getting magnesium glycinate powder. To get a meaningful amount of magnesium there is a lot of bulk to the powder, you wouldn't be able to fit into a multivitamin anyways.
