Worth the money
My experience - Can easily hold ice cubes for 5 to 6 hours if kept in car cabin. - Does not need a separate lock as mentioned in few of the reviews... it has structural locking mechanism which works brilliantly - Quality is basic, but in 500 rs this is worth the money

It's not refundable(poor quality)
I returned the product on 30 May, but no pickup was completed until 13 June. The tracking showed multiple failed pickup attempts, although no one visited or contacted me. As I had already left that address, I could not wait any longer. I finally received a pickup call on 16 June. The product quality is very poor; ice melts within 4โ5 hours, the box fills with water, and my food was damaged. I strongly suggest to the platform(Amazon) to qc the product before on boarding or live there app...I'm as a customer fully believe on Amazon to serve us with genuine product..

Long-lasting coolness. A must buy!
Excellent product. I was travelling from Hyderabad to Bangalore via train which is a 11 hour journey in peak summer. I needed to transport expressed breastmilk for my baby. This box along with some ice packs helped keep the milk cold for 48 hours! It was unbelievable! One tip that I used was that I wrapped the box with aluminum foil till I reached my destination. Worked wonderfully! I'm very happy with this product.
