How many individual tests can you do with one bottle?

its hard to gauge an exact number, but you can get quite a few out of one bottle

This apparatus is designed to test respiration protection devices. The bottle shown is the bitter solution which is sprayed into the headcover while the test subject is wearing a respiration device. This product is designed to satisfy OSHA's fit test requirement.

How can you keep the solution good in between uses? Sometimes i only use every few months and the solution always seems to go bad

Do not remove product seal. Simply use a needle or pin to make a hole in the seal. Squeeze product out as needed. I also use electrical tape to seal bottle cap after use.
