112 Meditations for Self Realization: Vigyan Bhairava Tantra [Chaudhri, Ranjit] on desertcart.com. *FREE* shipping on qualifying offers. 112 Meditations for Self Realization: Vigyan Bhairava Tantra Review: Kashmiri Hinduism - This is an excellent book on Hindu Dharma. It has commentary but it also has just the verses at the end of it. I enjoy reading the verses and when I don’t understand something I will go and look at the commentary or the footnotes. Review: Om Namah Shivaya - I have bought every book from this Author and even extras that I've given away to help others!

Not accurate
While the author generally does a decent job of elaborating on some of the techniques, some are very inaccurate translations. Notably 50 and 51, which refer to the dvadasanta in sanskrit. The dvadasanta is typically regarded as 12 finger widths (or 3 fists) above the head and is where you should direct your attention. The author goes off into left field and talks about focusing on the gaps between breaths. Lost total faith in this book at that point.

Lacks depth. Does not worth $24

Writer of the book, did not do a justice to interpretation of the original text. Don't recommend.

The book is wonderful (hence the five stars), but on the back, it has an RRP of £8.99, yet Amazon has charged me £11.99. I have Amazon Prime, but it is clear that FREE delivery DOES NOT MEAN free delivery. They simply bump the price up to cover their costs and make a bigger profit. Today, the book has been reduced to £10.18, but still way above the RRP. I think it's time to cancel Prime; it's all a bit of a con.
