Review: Excellent product! - My physical therapist recommended this after I had my neck surgery. Phenomenal! Review: Worth it - I hesitated for a long time to get this due to the price. I still think it is overpriced when the materials cost is almost nothing, but the help it provides is priceless, so I bit the bullet and went for it and I'm so glad I did... My favorite tool is still the Thumby, but I use it in the car and when it falls out it doesn't make a sound, so after I lost the last one, I came looking for another and this was a recommended product that came up. I stuck it in my for later section and went for it with stimulus money. I wish I could convey all the ways it can be used to provide relief, but that's not possible here, so I'll just say it's worth it... And try it in different spots. Yes at the head/neck and sacrum as suggested, but also along both sides of the spine, and try both directions. They feel different. I like the apex pointed down and the contact points up, hitting both sides of the spine and with gentle pressure leaning back and forth, side to side so they strum across the muscle fibers, and I did it while driving when I'm stuck in a seat I can place it against. It's the best.

This thing really works!
The good news is that this small piece of foam does exactly what it's supposed to! I have cerebrospinal fluid flow issues, and my craniosacral therapist recommended that I get this CranioCradle for extra support between sessions. It helps the CSF drain, which helps my entire body! I took off one star since the cradle is a little to big for my head. (For reference, I have a small head, even for a female.) Because of this, I need to do one side of my head at a time, but it still works.

One great find
My physical therapist recommended this item and it really works to relieve head and neck pain. Use in twice a day for 5 minutes and over time, you will find relief.

Some big problems.
I think it would work great on the trigger points, IF it didn't slide away from where it needs to stay. There should be something - maybe a mat that goes under your shoulders to keep it in place. Also, I wonder how long the material will last, especially if using it under more weight such as shoulders or back. Price should be about half or less - way overpriced.
